中文摘要:随着航空发动机技术的不断发展,涡轮进口温度不断攀升,如何实现发动机涡轮叶片表面温度的精确测量,合理评估涡轮叶片寿命成为制约高性能、高推重比发动机研发的技术瓶颈。文章简要介绍了航空发动机涡轮叶片表面温度的几种主要测量方法,总结了热电偶、晶体、示温漆、荧光、光纤、以及红外辐射、多光谱等测温方法的的测温原理、技术特点和国内外研究现状,并在此基础上对将来涡轮叶片温度测量发展方向进行了展望。

A Review of Aero-engine Turbine Blade Temperature Measurement
Abstract:With the continuous development of aero-engine technology, the turbine inlet temperature is getting higher and higher. How to measure the engine turbine blade surface temperature accurately and assess turbine blade life reasonably becomes a technical bottleneck in the development of aero-engine with high performance and high pushing weight ratio. The paper briefly introduces several main temperature measurement methods of aero-engine turbine blades, and summarizes the temperature measurement principle, technical characteristics and current research status of thermocouple, crystal, temperature sensitive paint, fluorescence, optical fiber, infrared radiation and multispectral. Finally, the future development trend of turbine blade temperature measurement is prospected.
