Abstract:用超高真空蒸发技术在GaAs(100)和玻璃衬底上生长不同厚度Mn/Sb多层膜,并经短时间热退火(~1,20min).磁化强度测量显示具有很强的室温铁磁特性.当多层膜厚度从700l增至1600A时,饱和强度增加了近一倍,极向和纵向克尔角也增加了,但不到一倍.这表明磁化强度和克尔角两者均依赖于多层摸的厚度,但不是简单的正比于厚度的关系.增加Mn/Sb多层膜的厚度能增强饱和磁化强度和极向和纵向克尔饱和角.X射线衍射谱图结果表明高质量单晶结构的Mn/Sb多层膜能用超高真空蒸发技术生长,对较厚的多层薄膜,热退火的时间可很短(约1min).

Abstract:The archimedes spiral cord modulating chopper's exposure efficiency was theoretically analyzed and numerical simulated, and its impact on the following signal processing was obtained. Results show that chopper's exposure efficiency directly affects detector pixels' exposure time and incident radiation, and affects the detector pixels' effective accumulated charge's uniformity with detector's signal readout time coordinately. Modulating synchronization locating point should be added in the chopper, which can make thermal imager be compatible with different exposure efficiency chopper. The effect of the chopper's exposure efficiency should be synthetically considered when the whole thermal imaging system and its electronic processing system are designed.

Abstract:Aiming at the nonlinearity of photoresponse characteristic in infrared focal plane arrays, a new approach to nonuniformity correction in IRFPA was proposed, which is simple and easy to implement by hardware circuit. The theoretical analysis and comparisons of simulation results show its performance is more perfect than that of the piecewise linear algorithm and the polynomial fitting algorithm, and only a few correction factors are needed.
Abstract:Compensating for temporal drift of fixed-pattern noise is an important problem in the techniques for nonuniformity correction of infrared focal plane arrays. Kalman-filtering algorithm, statistical algorithm and algebraic algorithm were examined here. The mechanism for solving temporal drift of the fixed-pattern noise was analyed, and these algorithms performance were comprehensively evaluated. Our conclusions are verified by the simulation data.

Abstract:利用400~1200nm波段的椭圆偏振光谱对生长在蓝宝石衬底上的非故意掺杂纤锌矿氮化镓(GaN)外延薄膜进行了研究.通过拟合实验数据获得了GaN薄膜的厚度和在可见-近红外区域的折射率色散关系,即n^2(A)=2.26^2 330.1^2/((λ/nm)^2-265.7^2).利用这一公式研究了GaN紫外-可见波段的反射光谱,计算得到的GaN薄膜厚度,与椭偏光谱结果一致,两者偏差仅为0.68%.

Abstract:An improved method that uses 3D-DWT-SPIHT in original video group and residual error group alternatively was proposed. In addition, the multi-wavelet bases were combined in time domain. The proposed method reduces coding latency time and releases memory requirement, and improves both compression efficiency and reconstructive image's quality, especially to the video sequences with complicated background. Simulation results show that, in the case of equal compression ratio and memory space, our method has higher quality(PSNR above 1dB) than available methods. It is still slightly better than others', when memory is reduced to half.

Abstract:The electronic band structures of CdTe and HgTe were calculated with FLAPW method based on first Principles density functional theory. The Brent method was introduced to optimize the lattice constant. In comparison with conventional methods the Brent method can give more accurate and faster result. The result of band structure and density of state presented here well agree with experiment, moreover the results based on LSDA and GGA are compared and discussed.

Abstract:对Ce1YIG磁光薄膜的制备过程及磁光性能进行了详细的研究.用RF磁控溅射法在二氧化硅的基片.上淀积Ce1YIG薄膜,再对此薄膜进行晶化处理,以得到具有磁光性能的Ce1YIG薄膜.本文讨论了晶化过程中,Ce1YIG薄膜微观结构的变化对其磁光性能的影响.结果表明:采用波长为630nm的可见光测量,薄膜的饱和法拉第旋转系数θF为0.8deg/μm.同时,晶化薄膜易磁化方向为平行于膜面方向,其居里温度点为220℃.所得Ge1YIG薄膜的参数表明:所制备的薄膜适宜于制备波导型磁光隔离器.

Abstract:A novel methodology for identifying noise types and estimating noise level was reported. The energy distribution of the HH subband's coefficients in the wavelet domain was used to distinguish Gaussian white noise and salt & pepper noise, which exist in images frequently. And the variance of the Gaussian white noise and the density of salt & pepper noise were estimated. The experiments on a wide variety of images indicate the veracity of distinguishing and estimating of noise.

Abstract:A small target detection approach which is based on principal component of hyperspectral imagery was presented. As a kind of multivariate data, the points of hyperspectral data always compose a hyper-plane in high-dimensional space. The principal component analysis can estimate the intrinsic dimensionality of the hyper-plane.Usually, the significant components contain most information of imagery. The insignificant components, which covers important details such as target characteristic, represent the information of orthogonal subspace. These insignificant principle components were used to detect small targets. This method reduces the dependent of the spectral pre-information and improves the practicability.

Abstract:The bandwidth of the coplanar traveling-wave electroabsorption modulator(TW-EAM) was analyzed in the aspect of designing electrode. The calculation process of this method was introduced by demostrating designing a coplanar TW-EAM with its measured data. The demostrating result tallies with the result of experimental measure. It was analyzed the effect of the width of middle electrode and the electrode interval on the bandwidth. An example is also introduced that a GaAs/GaAlAs multiple quantum wells(MQWs) TW-EAM with alarge bandwidth which was designed by using this method.

Abstract:A design of 3mm passive millimeter wave multi-beam detection system was proposed on the background of bomb-borne application. The system can form three channels with just one receiver and two groups of PINs. After introducing the principle of the system, the main parameters of the system were designed detailed. Analysis and experiment show that the design is feasible.

Abstract:Based on the spatial continuity of ground objects, a new classification algorithm was proposed by two steps, namely blocking images followed by further classification, which improved the disadvantage of the general classification algorithms constrained by only spectral information. The new algorithm proposed in this study was validated by the 80-band hyperspectral image acquired by the push broom hyperspectral imager(PHI) in Minamimaki of Japan, 2000. The PHI sensor was developed by the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. It turned out that our algorithm embodied the advantage in classifying hyperspectral image.
Abstract:A simple but valuable iterative Chebyshev design method was presented. By studying the design procedure of Chebyshev band pass filters, we pointed out that it is the phase variation that results in the remarkable narrowing in the final pass band. Beginning with some larger initial values, one can arrive at satisfactory results after several simple iterations without calculating the phase property of reflective stacks. The results of adding interference orders and ripples to the iteration procedures was discussed. The design block diagrams and some actual design results were given. The basic principle of this method is to realize a direction-controlled optimization through different iterative procedures.

Abstract:A hybrid diffractive-refractive infrared lens of Germanium was fabricated by means of diamond turning, in which the diffractive surface was produced on an aspheric substrate. Test results for the hybrid lens and a comparative lens without the diffractive structure showed that the diffractive surface was fabricated with good accuracy. It effectively reduced the chromatic aberration of the single lens system, and significantly improved the image quality of the system, which corresponds well to the design result.

Abstract:用射频(RF)溅射法在镀LaNiO3(LNO)底电极的Si片上沉积PbZr0.52 Ti0.48 O3(PZT)铁电薄膜,沉积过程中基底温度为370℃,然后在大气环境中对沉积的PZT薄膜样品进行快速热退火处理(650℃,5min).用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测量其组分,X射线衍射(XRD)分析PZT薄膜的结晶结构和取向,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析薄膜的表面形貌和微结果,RT66A标准铁电综合测试系统分析Pt/PZT/LNO电容器的铁电与介电特性,结果表明,PZT薄膜的组分、结构和性能都与溅射沉积功率有关.

Abstract:在多晶薄膜晶粒一晶界两相结构模型的基础上,考虑载流子对晶粒间界势垒区的隧穿机制,在10℃-100℃的温度范围内,模拟了Sol-gel多晶二氧化钒薄膜电阻率随温度的变化,模拟结果与实验结果有较好的吻合.模拟结果显示,二氧化钒多晶薄膜的晶界效应限制了薄膜相变时电阻率的变化,并使薄膜在金属相时呈现负的温度系数.
