Abstract:在载玻片或ITO涂覆的玻璃上采用化学热解法沉积CdS固体薄膜,沉积温度在350-540℃之间,部分制备的CdS薄膜进行200-600℃的退火热处理,由SEM,AFMT和XRD分析测量退火热处理前后的CdS薄膜的微观结构,结果表明,沉积温度低于540℃以下制备的CdS薄膜具有类六方结构相当于540℃沉积的CdS薄膜的晶料尺寸依赖于沉积温度及不同基体的情况也在本文中进行了讨论。

Abstract:The water from Tai Lake was analyzed by spectrum measurement and synchronous sampling with field portable spectroradiometer. The characteristic wave peaks of cyanobacteria and suspended particle were obtained from the spectra, and the corresponding relations between the heights of wave peaks and the concentrations of chlorophyll a and suspended particle were built. As a result, a quantitative retrieval algorithm is deduced, and the algorithm is applied in the image acquired by OMIS imaging spectroradiometer.

Abstract:A novel nonlinear PLL which can be used in VCO nonlinearity compensation was presented. By using the SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) delay line to delay the FMCW signal, the IF signal can be locked on a reference frequency after mixing with the delayed VCO signal frequency and the undelayed. Based on this idea, the loop phase model of this PLL was analyzed and simulated by using Agilent ADS. The CAD simulation results show that this kind of PLL can be used in VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) nonlinearity compensation circuit conveniently.
Abstract:The transmission characteristics for different kind of periodic guiding structures were analyzed with a method of rigorous mode matching method combining with multimode network theory. The periodic structures include two types of periodic image waveguide filters: one is NRD guide dielectric filter with varying period, and the other is periodically and partially dielectric filled infinite rectangular guide. Experimental data indicate that the present method is accurate and effective.

Abstract:In order to efficiently combine highly conflict evidence, a new method based on the distance of the bodies of evidence was proposed. First, a distance function between the bodics of evidence was introduced. Then, the support degree and the credibility of each evidence were obtained. Finally, weighted averaging the evidence in the system, the Dempster combination rule was used to realize information fusion. Comparing with the existing methods, the proposed approach is more efficient in combining conflict evidence.

Abstract:A new adaptive multi-point nonuniformity correction algorithm for IRFPA was presented. The algorithm acquires the weights of detector working under a demarcated radiation by using adaptive filtering. The temperature floating of nonuniform IR images was removed by making use of the acquired weights. In the end, the muiti-point nonuniformity correction based on three order spline interpolation to the removed temperature floating IR images is made. The algorithm is with high correction precision, broad dynamic range and easy to realize in engineering.

Abstract:研究了4块ZnS:Te薄膜样品(Te组分从0.5%到3.1%)的光致发光谱在常压下的温度特性.对于Te组分较小的2块样品观察到2个发光峰,分别来自Te1和Te2等电子陷阱;而对Te组分较大的2块样品则只观察到1个来自Te2等电子陷阱的发光.我们还研究了这些发光峰在低温1.5K下的流体静压压力行为.观察到与Te1有关的发光峰压力系数比ZnS带边的要大很多,而与Te2有关的发光峰压力系数则比带边小.根据Koster-Slater模型,价带态密度半宽随压力的增加是Te1中心有较大压力系数的主要原因,而Te1和Te2中心的不同压力行为则是由于压力对两者缺陷势增强的不同效果引起的.

Abstract:The real time recognition technique of infrared imaging guiding system ship target was discussed and a new recognition algorithm of ship infrared imaging target was proposed. First, the binary image was produced by clustering method, then the possible target region was obtained by line region growing, finally, the real target was recognized by overall fuzzy evaluating technique. This algorithm was transplanted to our DSP hardware system. The experimental result shows that is good and feasible.

Abstract:采用化学溶液分解法在n-GaAs(100)衬底上制备了Bi2 Ti2 O7薄膜.利用红外椭圆偏振光谱仪测量了波长为:2.8-12.5μm范围内Bi2 Ti2 O7薄膜的椭偏光谱,采用Lorentz-Drude色散模型拟合获得Bi2 Ti2 O7薄膜的红外介电常数,并进一步计算得到折射率n、消光系数κ和吸收系数α,拟合计算得到Bi2 Ti2 O7薄膜的厚度为139.2nm.

Abstract:Based on the mode coupling theory,the optimal analysis of TM 01-TE 11overmoded circular waveguide mode converter geometric configuration with the different phase rematch and structure is given. The regulation about the radivs of the circular waveguide,curvature of bent circular waveguides,frequency and the bandwidth is obtained. The results are contributed to design corresponding circular waveguide mode converter with the tight,the efficient and the wideband.

Abstract:The dynamic model of sea clutter based on phase space reconstruction was presented. The model parameters obtained by neural network were employed to cancel sea clutter in radar echo by prediction. Real clutter data collected by radar were used to test the model. The result illustrates good performance in sea clutter cancellation.

Abstract:On the basis of the IR imaging system static performance model, the effect of linear motion, sinusoidal motion and random motion on the system performance were theoretically analyzed with the motion transfter function. Additionally, detection criteria modified by background clutter was introduced, and dynamic performance model was established and simulated. The modeling result shows that the influence of motion and background clutter on the system field performance should not be ignored.

Abstract:采用离子束溅射镀膜和氧化工艺在Si(110)和石英衬底上制备了用于非致冷红外探测器阵列热敏材料的混合相氧化钒多晶薄膜.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片显示:薄膜表面呈针状晶粒状,而且薄膜表面光滑、致密,均匀性好.测试结果表明:氧化钒薄膜的方块电阻和电阻温度系数(TCR)在20℃分别为50KΩ和-0.021K^-1。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of the infrared image, which is low contrast, complex background and seriously noise interfered in target, a kind of detection method was proposed by using the correlation among the pixel. The method is based on the correlation analysis for the multifractal singularity spectral. Experimental results show that this method is available for suppression of the random noises and the influences from the complex background of ocean and sky.

Abstract:The millimeter wave attenuation performance of expanded graphite at 3mm and 8mm wavelength was studied by static experiments. The comparative experiment using aluminum chaff, which is a kind of well-known millimeter wave countermeasure material, was also done. The results show that the attenuation of expanded graphite at 3mm and 8mm wavelength are 17.0dB and 16.6dB respectively, and the attenuation of aluminum chaff are 7.4dB and 4.1dB. It means that the expanded graphite could be a better millimeter wave countermeasure material. The optimal particle size(including diameter and length) of expansive graphite that achieves the maximal attenuation was also obtained by experiments. These results could be a valuable reference for the design of full band screen smoke.

Abstract:The infrared transmission of ground object and its background were discussed. A new passive distance measuring method was deduced based on the irradiance errors between the ground object and its background detected. By the above-mentioned new method, the formula of distance measuring and the formula of distance resolving power were formed. The relationship between the irradiance errors and the distance, and the relationship between the distances resolving power and the distance under different weather conditions were calculated. The calculation result has proved that the method can be applied to the distance measurement of ground objects.
