Abstract:The radiation characteristics of a new millimeter-wave omnidirectional circular rod antenna with double dielectric gratins are analyzed with the rigorous mode matching method. The results indicate that under the condition of the same radiation intensity, the double grating antenna has relatively smaller dimensions than that of the single one. It is undoubtedly a great importance in the case where the limitation of the weight and volume of system is strictly required. The effectiveness and reliability of the present analysis are verified by the related results given in the literature.

Abstract:在给定浓度场、温度场、粒子和气体组份辐射物性参数的条件下,将贴体坐标系下有限体积法用于主动段尾喷焰红外光谱特性计算,考虑了粒子的各向异性散射,计算结果与贴体坐标系下的离散坐标法进行了比较.分析了2.7μm、2.95μm表观光谱辐射强度及2.7~2.95μm的表观谱带辐射强度,考察了若不考虑散射或用各向同性散射假设,来近似非线性各向异性散射所带来的计算误差.
Abstract:采用标准辐射和红外目标模拟器的辐射交替折转进入红外光谱辐射计的方法,研制的红外目标模拟器校准系统可以对红外目标模拟器进行直接校准.该系统由标准准直辐射源,光束偏转装置和红外光谱辐射计组成.标准准直辐射源由工作温度为50℃~1050℃的标准黑体和口径300mm的离轴抛物面作主镜的准直光管组成.光束偏转装置由口径465mm的反射镜和定位精度5″的转台组成.红外光谱辐射计采用圆形渐变滤光片CVF对入射的辐射分光,3个光谱工作区间为1μm~3μm,3μm~5μm和8μm~14μm。3个区间的测试数据显示了最小可校准的光谱辐照度低于10^-11/cm^2,系统的相对标准不确定度为2%.

Abstract:采用化学溶液沉积法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了厚度小于100nm的Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12(BLT)铁电薄膜,测量了光子能量为2~4.5eV的紫外可见椭圆偏振光谱.根据经典的电介质光学色散关系和五相结构模型,拟合获得薄膜在透明区和吸收区的光学常数、表面粗糙度、薄膜与衬底界面层以及BLT薄膜的厚度.薄膜在透明区的折射率色散关系可以通过单电子Sellmeier模型成功地进行解释.最后,根据Tauc’s法则,得到Bi0.25La0.7Ti3O12薄膜的直接禁带宽度为3.96eV.

Abstract:A new automatic target recognition algorithm based on infrared multispectral imagery correlation (IMIC) is presented. According to infrared multispectral characteristic information (such as radiation intensity and spectral distribution) of targets, background and decoys, an infrared multispectral eigenmatrix of scenario is constructed. An infrared multispectral eigenmatrix of interesting targets is reconstructed after segmenting image by maximum-error-method and fusing target information of space and spectrum. An infrared multispectral imagery correlation recognition method is formulated in terms of spectral radiation difference of interesting targets. Digital simulation experiment result verifies that the algorithm is proper and feasible.

Abstract:LaNiO 3 thin films on Si(100) substrates were prepared using chemical solution decomposition method (CSD). The effects of annealing atmosphere (air and oxygen) on the crystallinity, grain size and resistivity of LaNiO 3 thin films, and the PZT films grown on the LNO layers were studied. The results showed that the value of the resistivity of the LaNiO 3 thin films annealed in oxygen is only half of that obtained in air. The conductive mechanism of LaNiO 3 thin films was discussed.

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of IR imaging systems, a kind of IR imaging system detection performance model based on the machine vision is presented. Its fundamental theory, subsystem modules and the prediction methods of the detection performances are illustrated. The experimental results show that this performance model can make a good prediction for the detection performance of the target in complex background.

Abstract:IR microemitter with microbridge structure has been developed based on surface MEMS(Microelectromechanical Systems) technology. The microemitter is the key cell of resistor array dynamic IR scene generator. The microemitter generated IR radiation which the effective blackbody temperature is between 300K and 500K. It can meet the requirement of simulating MWIR(Medium Wave IR) and LWIR(Long Wave IR) radiation in hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.

Abstract:The algorithm of cross calibration between IRMSS aboard on CBERS-1 and FY-1C or Landsat-7 ETM band 6 has been built. Two sets of cross calibration results between Landsat-7 ETM band 6 and IRMSS band 9, FY-1C band 4 and IRMSS band 9 were obtained. The bias of the same point controlled relative-err analysis is 1.2K, and the average root-err between IRMSS band 6 and ETM band 9 is 1.6K.
Abstract:The fingerprint enhancement scheme based on Markov Random Field(MRF), which is applied to capture local statistical regularities of ridges, is presented. Then the curve accumulation guided by ridge direction and magnitude is repeated until statistics difference can be acquired between fingerprint ridges and valleys. Experimental results show that this approach can improve the clarity of ridge and valley structures of fingerprint images and meanwhile preserve the minutiae well.
Abstract:Scattering and radiation characteristics of two step discontinuities in open circular chirowaveguide are investigated by a method which combines the multimode network theory with a rigorous mode matching procedure. Effect of chirality and geometric parameters of the step discontinuity on the scattering and radiation characteristics is carefully discussed. The results given in the present paper are of practical significance in study of chiro elements.

Abstract:基于Kirchhoff定律和测温系统的各主要技术参数(激光光源的能量、波长、探测器的灵敏元面积及光学系统的相对孔径等)与各主要技术指标(温度分辨力、温度灵敏度、相对温度灵敏度及测温精度)之间的关系.对利用激光并采用钽酸锂热释电探测器作光电转换器件的实用化实时测温系统的激光光源进行了优化选择.实验表明,在测温范围400℃-1200℃内,采用所选择的激光器作为该实时测温系统的激光光源,其测温精度均符合设计要求。
Abstract:A Costas frequency hopped signal is a high range resolution radar signal, motion compensation is the key technology to realize high range resolution. A waveform entropy method for motion compensation of Costas frequency hopped signal is studied in this paper, and optimization is made in the definition of waveform entropy. Simulation results show that this method is feasible, insensitive to the quadrature demodulation error, and anti-noise to some extent.

Abstract:A novel accurate automated registration technique for infrared images based on the optical flow field analysis was presented. The technique can be preformed with two processes. Firstly the registration of background area of two images is finished based on the computation of global optical flow field. Then a hierarchical coarse-to-fine matching algorithm is used to extract the feature points of moving targets in two images. The registration of moving targets is finished using method of least squares which computes the transforming parameters of moving targets based on two set of feature points extracted. The simulation experiments for infrared images in some fields show that the method is accurate and robust to motion of scene.

Abstract:The design method and the system fabrication process of 8mm integrated chip receiver with MCM-D are introduced. Agilent ADS software is used to receiver system simulation. Results of ADS simulation and measured values of receiver are given as measured gain reaches 20.2dB, sensitivity reaches-92dBm and noise figure reaches 5dB, respectively.

Abstract:A new optical system for infrared two-color detector was designed. It has a good performance for the dual band simulaneously. The wave front aberrations are less than one-fourth central wavelength, and the modulation transfer functions to are the diffraction limit. The system possesses higher transmitlance, compacted structures with fewer elements and lower requirements in manufacture.
