Abstract:This review paper aims at outlining the principle of two dimensional (2D) IR spectroscopy and its applications to the subtle structural changes of proteins in aqueous solutions. Our studies have dual purposes. One is to show that 2D ATR/IR spectroscopy can be utilized to explore the effects of adsorption of proteins on an ATR cell. Another purpose is to provide new insight into temperature and acid induced protein structure and denaturation by using 2D IR spectroscopy.
Abstract:根据地球同步气象卫星 (GSMS)星载扫描同步控制器系统的要求和对太阳目标特性的分析 ,研制了一台用于该GSMS的星载高精度太阳敏感器 (HASS)及配套的性能测试装置 .该太阳敏感器的光学头部由两对狭缝组成 ,采用平衡检测方式产生高精度的太阳脉冲 ,为星上扫描同步控制器和卫星地面站云图配准的引导提供基准信号 .其在卫星子午面内的扇形视场为 - 2 9.5°~ 2 9.5° ,当其随星体按 10 0r/min的速率旋转时 ,可实现 0 .4 6 μs(r.m .s)的测量精度 .另外 ,该太阳敏感器还具有高可靠性、实时性和低功耗的特点

Abstract:The feature of skin microcirculation and a certain channel of thermal transfer in the deep tissue underneath the meridian course are the main factor for the formation of infrared radiant track along meridian course (IRRTM), while the latter what is more important. The channel of thermal transfer in question, which includes a definite depth, form deep to superficial, consists of a several known tissues and some unknown factors may also be involved. P O 2 and tissue temperature are higher, microcirculation abundant and energy metabolism are active to provide a favorable condition for realization of transformation and transmission for material, energy and signal, in this way, meridian is to be able to play an important role in regulation of functional activity of human body.

Abstract:Optical characteristics of synthetic aerosol and the information composition of pixel in remotely sensed data are analyzed. The information of every pixel can be generalized as the sum of soil, vegetation, and water or moisture with nonlinear relationship. Then a group of equations based of multi channel remote sensing data can be built to decompose the pixel information and quantitatively retrieve the synthetic aerosol turbidity using Landsat TM data. The results of experiment show that the accuracy of air pollution information retrieved satisfies the requirement. Applying this model, air pollution circumstances over the Changjiang River Delta area in 1984 and in 1997 were detected, respectively. The results indicated that the area and the intensity of air pollution over this region are increasing quickly.
Abstract:论证了感受野(RF)学说和侧抑制(LI)理论的本质一致性,引入医学领域眼球微动现象,在视觉瞬间,指出物象斑将不可避免地交替出现在On型感受野(On-center RF)和Off型感受野(Off-center RF)之间,据此提出了新的视觉机理假说,描述了Off型感受野的特征,并建立描述Off型感受野的数学模型,基于此模型探讨了新的边缘检测算法,应用于军事红外图像处理,显示了该算法的快速性以及对目标几何特征的放大能力。

Abstract:The effect of land surface non uniformity on land surface temperature retrieval was investigated. A non uniform land surface in retrieval could be considered and treated as an uniform land surface with an equivalent temperature. Furthermore, a set of real GMS 5/VISSR infrared channel data was used to determine land surface temperature with the retrieval algorithm.
Abstract:An improved image enhancement algorithm by contour threshold nonlinear extrapolation in frequency space was proposed. Considering the fluctuation of the amplitude of the high frequency component, the new clip strategy improves the performance of image enhancement. The results of high resolution image reconstruction combining this method show that the improved algorithm is suitable and powerful.

Abstract:采用溶胶凝胶方法在石英玻璃上制备了均匀透明的PbZr0.40Ti0.60O3(PZT)非晶薄膜,测量了200-1100nm的紫外可见近红外透射光谱,根据经典的包络计算方法,同时获得薄膜在透明振荡区的折射率,消光系数以及厚度,薄膜的折射率色散关系可以通过单电子sellmeier振荡模型成功地进行解释。最后,根据Tauc's法则,得到PbZr0.40Ti0.60O3非晶薄膜的禁带宽度为3.78eV。

Abstract:The total energy and the electronic band structure of SnTe were calculated with the FP LMTO method based on first principles. The lattice constant and band structure were deduced from the lowest energy point of total energy. The effects of different exchange correlation potentials on both total energy and electronic band structure are discussed.
Abstract:报道了退火对电子回旋共振(ECR)辅助脉)中激光溅射方法制备的CNx薄膜样品光学性质的影响,X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示CNx薄膜基本为无定形结构,但存在微量的多晶结构,拉曼散射谱显示所制备的CNx薄膜样品主要由C≡N、少量的C—C和微量的C≡N组成,随着退火温度的升高,拉曼散射谱不但在1357cm^-1附近出现了一个新峰(新峰对应无序的CN键),而且C≡N和CN的相对含量比随着退火温度的提高大致呈先减小后增大再减小的趋势,从而证实在退火过程中部分N原子发生了迁移,椭偏仪所测量的CNx薄膜的光学常数表明退火温度对ε1、ε2、n、κ的大小和谱线的形状均产生了显著影响,结合拉曼散射谱可断定其原因为退火改变了CNx薄膜样品的内部结构和键结构,实验中得到的ε1、ε2、n、κ随光子能量的变化关系可用洛伦兹色散理论得到很好解释。

Abstract:A dynamic tracing flame center algorithm and an advanced two dimensional gray level histogram thresholding algorithm were adopted for the combustion contral. It solves the problem of real time inspecting the burning state and quality of boiler flame effectively. Comparing the simulative experimental results with artificial judgement on one thousand representative images, the recognition efficiency of the method is more than 99.8 percent.

Abstract:A novel image enhancement technique suitable for low light level image, dualistic sub image enhancement based on two dimensional histogram analysis and histogram equalization, is presented. Firstly, the low light level image is segmented to two sub images according to the correlation between the neighboring pixels, which is based on the two dimensional histogram analysis. Then each sub image is enhanced based on histogram equalization. Finally, the processed sub images are composed into one image. The result indicates that the algorithm can not only enhance image information effectively but also keep the fine part of original low light level image well. And this algorithm eliminates the drawback of traditional histogram that the fine part is not easy to control and protect. This is meaningful for low light level night vision technology.
Abstract:By decomposed polygons into convex subsets, and matched the convex subsets, new method of 3D objects construction from slice is proposed. The middle slices can be interpolated by generalized morphologic transformation. The morphology operators have special advantages if used to process two objects construction that have different topologic structure (including holey object and fork object). Experiments show that this method has a smoothness boundary of construction, high precision, lower cost of calculation and no need user alternation. It is a practicably method for 3D object construction and it can be widely used in medicine engineering.

Abstract:The transmitted character of 2D photonic crystal was calculated by transfer matrix method(TMM), and the transmission behavior of the different polarized light was discussed. The result provides the basic relation of the structure and the first band gap of the photonic crystal, comparing effect of square lattice, centered square lattice and centered square lattice with defect on the transmission characteristic.

Abstract:The concept of pseudo range measurement is introduced to transform the nonlinear problem of infrared passive location to a linear problem. A closed form solution to the optimal linear position estimate is presented. Simulated results shown that the accuracy of the proposed method is colse to the performance of the best estimate. It is applicable to the cases when the extinction coefficients of multiple different wavelengths are undnown or can not be obtained for enough accuracy.

Abstract:A planar structure V band up converter has been presented. The converter utilizes the balanced structure, the main structure of the converter is planar. An E plane transition from waveguide to micro strip is also designed for the output of the RF signal. The paper presents the simulated and the measured result of the up converter as well as the E plane transition. Finally it presents the outline of the up converter.
