Abstract:A novel approach based on spatial temporal information fusion is proposed to segment moving objects in video sequences. In the proposed approach, temporal and spatial information are integrated gradually by a region binding process during the segmentation, which is different to the process of combining temporal and spatial segmentation results. The significance of the proposed region binding algorithm is that regions are represented and characterized distributively. In the first stage of the proposed approach, current frame is segmented into many small regions primitively. Then, these small regions are bound to form the Binding CCores (BC). Finally, the rest regions are bound to their neighboring BCs under strong or weak rules to get the final object regions. Experimental result demonstrated the performance of the approach.

Abstract:The generating mechanism of 1/f noise in infrared imaging sensors is analyzed. A new method predicting and compensating the 1/f noise in infrared imaging sensor is presented. The experimental results on the data sampled in practical situation shown the effect of the method .

Abstract:Based on the existing geometric model of infrared images of ships to realize the geometric model of ships characterized as parts of thick hull by means of facet expanding, the physical model for the unstable state heat transfer of the ship with bulk structure has been obtained. The theoretically simulated infrared images have been calculated numerically.

Abstract:The infrared image background is obtained by morphological filtering, and the infrared images are nomalized using the estimated noise mean and variance in a local window. Composite frame is formed by normalized image dara, and target detection is performed on the composite frame. Thus, target and noise statistics in a composite frame are obtained. Considering the different distribution of noise and target intensity, the projection algorithm is further modifed to impove its signal to noise ratio. Simulations of real infrared images proved that the modified projection algorithm can successfully detect targets with SNR equaling 2.
Abstract:Based on parameterized model of target flight orbit, this paper presents an algorithm to estimate target range and other location and velocity via infrared sensor, according to this, target threat degree and target identity can be discriminated. Simulation calculation confirms that this method is more accuracy, and depends less on a opriori knowledge of target location initial value. This algorithm can be used for target motion parameter estimation in other measure system.

Abstract:An improved multiple hypothesis tracking(MHT) algorithm and its application in infrared target tracking systems are presented. According to the characteristic of infrared target, the system firstly employs adaptive spatial preprocessing, then takes advantage of the improved MHT algorithm to recognize and track target. The pipeline hardware architecture is constructed based on 4 DSPs to implement the algorithm and acquires excellent result.

Abstract:Optical and thermal designs of microbolometer with four leg microbridge were described. The optical characteristic of multilayer structure consisting of SiO 2 infrared absorber film / poly Si thermosensitive film / SiO 2 support film was analyzed, and the influence of SiO 2 infrared absorber film thickness on multilayer structure average absorptirity was investigated. During thermal design, the average infrared absorptivity of microbolometer is not fixed as a constant but changed with thickness of absorber film, which is different from the conventional method. The optimized thickness of infrared absorber film and length of support leg were achieved through Finite Element Analysis software ANSYS5.7.

Abstract:A novel multi beam adaptive antenna is constructed by means of Fresnel zone phasecorrecting focusing configuration and feeding array. The statistical characteristic of feeding array output and the ability for resolving coherent signals of this new adaptive antenna are analyzed by comparison with that of the uniform spaced linear array using spatial smoothing techniques for coherent signal identification. Then, the maximum likelihood function approach is exploited to perform the efficient eatimation in the direction of arrival(DOA) under wide angle multiple coherent signals incident, and to avoid the problems of the inherent field of view coming form MUSIC algorithm for bearing estimations. The result of simulation shown the good spatial spectrum estimation performance of the FZP antenna.

Abstract:An intelligent calibration system with temperature of blackbody naturally varying used for small antenna MMW radiometer was developed.All data acquirsition and analysis were automatically realized.The system was applied to calibrate a Dick 8mm radiometer. Main performances and calibration equation of the radiometed were obtained. The precision analysis shows that the calibration uncertainty of antenna temperature is about 1.0582K.
Abstract:对传统艾灸、替代物灸和人体穴位红外辐射光谱的分析比较发现,隔附子饼灸、隔姜灸和隔蒜灸三种传统间接灸与人体穴位归一化红外辐射光谱有惊人的一致性,其辐射峰均在7。5μm附近;而几种替代物灸与相应传统艾灸和人体穴位的辐射光谱相差甚远,其温热作用也远不如传统艾灸;传统艾条黄灸与人体穴位红外辐射光谱也有很大差异。结果提示,在传统间接灸的治疗效应中,间接灸和穴位的红外共振辐射起重要作用;从艾灸的红外物理特性看,替代物灸尚不能替代传统艾灸。

Abstract:The two dimensional (2D) EBG structure is measured and calculated by using of the suspending microstrip method (SMM). The characteristics of UC EBG and PV EBG are firstly measured and simulated by using of SMM. Comparing with other methods, the characteristic of 2D EBG is exhibited more obviously owing to use the strongly coupling structures. The novel suspending patch EBG antenna is also presented. The compact structure of the antenna is more advantageous for EBG applications.
Abstract:根据粗糙面基尔霍夫小斜率近似研究了脉冲波入射时实际海谱分布的一维分形海面的电磁散射。分析了毫米波入射时不同分维、入射角和入射中心频率下双频散射截面的散射角分布。结果表明分形海面的双频散射截面在镜反射方向有最大的相关带宽,随着海面分维的减小、入射中心频率和入射角的增加,该相关带宽是增大的。对于入射功率为δ函数时的散射波功率是一个具有一定脉冲展宽的散射脉冲,且脉冲展宽与相关带宽成反比关系。

Abstract:针对λ/4云母波片的相位延迟量相对误差为3%—5%和一些云母片对于沿快轴和慢轴振动的光具有不同的吸收系数,设计了一套基于极值法的偏振标定系统,分析了波片快慢轴吸收系数和相位延迟量对输出光强极值的影响,得到了各个通道波片的标定结果。利用上述结果,对理想线偏振光和非偏光进行了定标,其偏振度误差均小于1%。

Abstract:针对连续测量固体火箭发动机羽焰温度的特点 ,提出了一种新的发射率假设模型 ,并在此基础上提出了一种新的多波长高温计的数据处理方法 ,即通过处理两个不同时刻多波长高温计的测量数据 ,由计算可同时获知两个时刻的真温及光谱发射率 .实验结果表明 ,其真温计算值与火箭发动机设计者提供的理论值之差在± 2 0K以内 ,说明该方法是解决固体火箭发动机羽焰温度测量的可行性方法
Abstract:在分析微扫描技术成像过程的基础上 ,利用象素传递函数 (PTF)对 1× 1、2× 2、3× 3和 4× 4这几种工作模式的微扫描系统进行了成像理论建模和计算机仿真 .最后对仿真结果进行了分析和讨论

Abstract:The dispersion properties of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) was analyzed by an effective refractive model, and the eigenvalue equation of the fundamental space filling mode in infinite air silica micro structure was presented. The analysis results show that PCF has unusual dispersion property, which can support single mode transmission in a very large wavelength range and have anomalous dispersion under singe mode operation. Zero dispersion wavelength can be shifted by adjusting the structure parameters of PCF. Finally, PCF with large air holes and its applications in dispersion compensation were also discussed.
Abstract:A novel stationary variational formula in spatial domain and in spectral domain respectively for calculation of planar line propagation constant is presented based on the exact theory of electromagnetic field. The formula only involves the electric field in the slot, which is applicable to closed as well as open planar and coplanar line structure. The calculation is simple and fast. The result of slot line agrees well with that of spectral domain method.

Abstract:The result of a frequency multiplier amplifier module at Ka band is reported. The function is to escalate the centimeter wave signal to Ka Band multiplied by FET and quadrupled by PHEMT. By using power amplifier to obtain the output frequency is between 24 GHz and 30.4 GHz, the best conversion gain is 16.6dB, the output power is bigger than 50mw, and the best output power is bigger than 100mw. The frequency multiplier amplifier module at Ka band can supply good local oscillation source for the wireless communications.
