Abstract:A novel method to get smooth contour in image segmentation process was presented. First, dynamic programming algorithm was adopted to process the least cumulative cost matrix of object image, and the optimum contour was extracted along the direction that the cumulative costs descend fastest. Then the contour was smoothened and fitted by using adaptive cubic B spline, which adjusts the distribution of control points adaptively according to the contour curvature. Experiment results of many images showed that this method could effectively suppress tiny zigzags on contours and could produce smoother contour curve than other previous methods without losing the fine structures of the contours at the same time.

Abstract:采用GaAs作为衬底研究了HgCdTe MBE薄膜的表面缺陷,借助SEM分析了不同缺陷的成核机制,确定了获得良好表面所需的最佳生长条件。发现HgCdTe外延生长条件、衬底表面处理等因素与外延层表面各种缺陷有关,获得的外延层表面缺陷(尺寸大于2μm)平均密度为300cm^-2,筛选合格率为65%。

Abstract:The asymmetry in the characteristic of GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well infrared photodetector (QWIP) due to different Ga desorption rate upon opening /closing the Al shutter and different diffusion of Si doping in the quantum well during MBE growth was analyzed,and that in the parameters of GaAs/AlGaAs QWIP versus bias was discussed and compared with the materials and devices grown by MOVCD method. It was found that the asymmetry of QWIP grown by MBE is higher than that of QWIP grown by MOCVD.

Abstract:Time to contact (TTC) estimation problem between moving object and static observer was dealt with. A feature line based estimation scheme was proposed. And a TTC estimation system based on feature point tracking was presented. In addition, the feature point selection method, moving objects extraction, and feature point tracking scheme were given in detail. The experiments of TTC estimation for three sets of the TTC labeled image sequences were done, and the results are satisfactory.

Abstract:Micrometer sized spherical glass microspheres were fabricated. CdSeS semiconductor nanometer clusters were incorporated into spherical microcavities. When a single microsphere was excited by a laser beam, the whispering gallery mode resonance of the photoluminescence of CdSeS quantum dots in the spherical microcavities was realized by the multiple total internal reflections at the spherical interface. The coupling of restricted electronic and photonic states was realized.
Abstract:分析了燃油窑炉红外测温中的影响因素和常规测温手段的缺点,从窑炉内烟气的特征和红外温度传感器的特点两方面确定了红外温度计的工作波段,获得烟气对红外测温的影响小于5℃的结果,针对窑炉周围环境温度高的情况,提出红外温度传感器的环境温度补偿方法和电路设计公式,使传感器环境温度在5-67℃变化时,温度指标的变化小于被测温度的0.3%。

Abstract:By compensation of refractive index, changing the thickness, and using computer aided design, a method was studied for correcting the deviation between theory and experiment in the reflection curve when a broad band anti reflective coating was produced with vacuum coating process. The method gets a good result and is used successfully in practical production.

Abstract:A new method for infrared (IR) warning system to recognize small targets in IR image sequences in real time in complicated IR background was presented. The system employs two dimensional digital filtering using Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), parallel processing of high speed Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and target recognition algorithm based on target movement analysis. The system not only improves dim moving target capture capability in complicated background, accomplishes moving multi target automatic recognition, but also is capable of target overlapping prediction and target recapture. The system processing rate reaches 25 frames per second, and the system responding time is less than 1 second.

Abstract:Based on the results of calculation and measurement of the two kinds of marine gas turbine exhaust systems with the infrared signature suppression devices, according to the similarity theory, the effects of scale factor on the temperature profile (of air flow and tube wall), and infrared radiant intensity(of exhaust plumes and exhaust uptake inner wall) of the exhaust system were analyzed and discussed. Based on the corresponding parameters of real ship exhaust systems as well as the magnitude of scale factor impacts, the recommended values for selecting the scale factor were estimated and presented.

Abstract:An algorithm to solve the blur problem of processed infrared defocused image based on the LIP model of Lee algorithm of image enhancement was presented. It can solve the blur problem after image enhancement to get clear image, and is easily realized and applied widely to image display technology. The principle of the algorithm was introduced and the results of the algorithm to deal with the infrared defocused image of electrical device were analyzed.

Abstract:The principle, composing and peculiarity of high precision real time IR image signal acquisition and processing system were introduced. 12 Bit A/D converter was selected in the system. DSP and CPLD were adopted, which make it suitable for high precision measurement in IR radiation charateristics.
Abstract:针对寄生调幅是影响FMCW毫米波雷达作用距离的重要因素,讨论了中频滤波器在FMCW毫米波雷达系统中的作用,研究了滤波器性能与雷达作用距离的关系.根据分析表明,对中频滤波器进行了CAD优化,提高了雷达的作用距离.

Abstract:With the use of FPA, the influence of sampling effects on the thermal imaging systems is so evident that people have to modify the evaluation and testing of imaging systems. The difference between sampled and non sampled imaging systems was discussed in this article. How to establish the evaluation and test system for the imaging systems was illustrated. The evaluation method and development of the sampled imaging system were introduced.
