Abstract:The 10-band visible-IR scanning radiometer is the main payload of the Chinese polar-orbit FY-1C meteorological satellite. Its instrument configuration, detecting bands, detectors, orbital signal processor and behavior in orbit were described in this paper.

Abstract:The effect of geometry arrangements of optical-limiting media with cubic nonlinearities in infrared focused optical-detecting systems on the optical limiting was calculated and analyzed by using beam propagaton and Gaussian decomposition (GD) methods, and optimum geometry arrangements were given in the analysis. The results show that the optical limiting for the near-field geometry arrangement is very different from that for the far-field geometry arrangements, and in some geometry arrangements nonlinear media with positive nonlinear index can not be employed as optical-limiting media, which is different from previous suggestions for the far-field geometry arrangements. It is also shown that focused geometry arrangements can be employed for measurements of nonlinear refractive index with a higher sensitivity than that of common Z-scan techniques.

Abstract:将模拟退火(SA)法应用于椭偏光谱数值反演,以达到同时得到介质薄膜的厚度和光学常数谱,并对SA算法作了说明和改进,作为应用实例,计算了Si衬底上的SiO2薄膜和Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3(BST)铁电薄膜的膜厚及光学常数谱,同时讨论了椭扁参数φ和△随膜厚及折射率变化的灵敏度。

Abstract:用简并激发-探测技术研究了77K温度下InAs/GaAs量子点中载流子快速俘获和驰豫过程,在瞬态反射谱测量中,降观察到与GaAs有关的驰豫过程外(时间常数约为1ps),还观察到一个时间常数为几个至20ps的反射率上升过程。提出了一个物理模型,表明上述上升过程与光致载流子被InAs层快速俘获过程有关,并由此得到载流子的俘获时间,俘获时间随载流子浓度增加而减小。

Abstract:在InAs自组织量子点的GaAs覆盖层中引入生长停顿,将这种量子点结构作激光器的有源区,与不引入生长停顿的量子点激光器进行对比后发现:生长停顿可以降低激光器的阈值电流,提高其特征温度,改善激光波长的温度稳定性。简单的分析表明,量子点中的能带填充效应影响了激光波长的温度特性。

Abstract:讨论了在低对比度、强干扰的情况下,对弱目标的提取和跟踪方法,设计了独特和空域采样器,进而提出了一种在实际系统上可实时实现的分割算法,最后给出了实际外场实验中的处理结果,说明了这种算法的有效性。

Abstract:对分数相关级次对输出面能量分布的影响进行了理论分析,并通过对Zalevsky等所提出的实时结构的考察,讨论了分数傅里叶变换(fractional Fourier transform,FRT)分立光学元件实现特点,按照分数相关优化原则,提出了一种实用化的光电混合FRT结构,并通过数值方法对此系统特性进行了研究,结果表明:与传统相关比较,FRT提高了相关器的模式识别性能。

Abstract:基于132种地物的实验室光谱曲线,建立适合于模块化机载成像光谱仪(MAIS)热红外多波段的发射率经验关系,以此修正发射率反演方法(TES)中的MMD模型。在此基础上选用1997年8月在法国AVIGNON农业区获取的一幅MAIS热红外多光谱图像,在利用LOWTRAN7实现大气初纠正的前提下,应用修正后的TES算法提取发射率谱信息。结果表明:反演所得发射率与实验室光谱在形状上具有很好的一致性,利用发射率谱结合地表亮温信息进行植被分类是可能的。

Abstract:针对复杂背景条件下运动小目标的检测,采用时域递归低通滤波和多帧相关的方法设计了一种运动小目标实时检测系统。该系统适用于背景缓慢变化或背景处于相对静止的环境,能够在恒虚警概率条件下,很好地确定小目标的位置。通过自适应阈值处理可以识别出小目标的轮廓。
Abstract:对有限人群提出一种采用分形特征和遗传聚类的识别方法:将图像分成很多小区域,分别计算各个区域的分形特征,以充分利用图像二维信息;同一个模式有多样样本,通过遗传算法进行聚类以得到最优解实现不变性识别。最后采用ORL人脸图像库的一组图像对比了新方法、本征脸法和自联想神经网络方法,结果表明该方法的识别率,与本征脸法相似,比自联想神经网络高。
Abstract:提出了一种粗搜索结合粗匹配定位的两极图像相关匹配算法,该法利用目标中心信息的稳定性,并结合图像序列间的相关不变性和目标的自相关性给出了一种新的置信度评估方法,在存在复杂背景、类似目标、较强噪声和一定旋转及尺寸变化的情况下仍有较高的匹配精度和跟踪稳定性,匹配速度也很快,还描述了采用CPLD芯片与DSP处理器共同实现算法的方法。
Abstract:In the condition of complicated background, object recognizing is not easy. In this paper an effective method was presented based on multi feature extraction. It takes the advantage of fuzzy membership to describe feature importance. A successful application to automatic recognition of vehicle license plate was also presented. The results of field test show that the recognition rate is up to 99%.

Abstract:应用光热电离光谱方法研究了MBE生长GaAs薄膜中Be受主的杂质能级。通过与理论计算的比较,将观测到的3个跃迁峰归属于G线、C线和D线跃迁,同时在实验上也观察到Be受主1s3/2(Γ%^+)态到2p1/2(Γ^)态跃迁,由实验结果算得Be受主的电离能为28.6meV。

Abstract:利用并行神经网络实现分形图像编码时,提出一种限定父块选取的编码方法。该方法保留了结构简单、计算量小等特点,获得的分形码流不仅可从任意图像开始,通过多次迭代重建图像,而且还可以从均匀灰阶图像(全黑图像除外)出发,迭代一次获得精确的图像边缘。模拟结果表明该方法是有效的。
Abstract:The lattice vibratoin behavior of the diatomic chain model with multi neighbors was investigated using the real space method. This model is the simple approximation of the ferroelectric. The investigation demonstrates that the long range Coulomb force is really the important cause for the soft mode of phase transition. The new characteristic of the lattice vibration for the impurity was found.
