Abstract:In this paper standard techniques for characterization of HgCdTe liquid phase epitaxial layers (LPE) were presented. The performance of long wavelength p-on-n HgCdTe photodiodes fabricated by arsenic diffusion was described. The correlation between LPE HgCdTe material parameters and properties of the infrared photodiodes was demonstrated.

Abstract:A kind of transmission millimeter wave antenna of Fresnel zone plates with continuous phase structure was designed and fabricated with the principle of diffraction optics. This kind of antenna has the features of light weight, small volume, high gain and low cost. Measurements and simulation calculation and analysis were carried out on the antenna. The result of calculation agrees well with the measurement.

Abstract:By employing the semiempirical dispersion formula for coplanar transmission lines, the mode dispersion and Cerenkov radiative attenuation characteristics in the frequency domain over a terahertz range of coplanar striplines on thick LT GaAs substrate were analyzed. The analytical result reveals that the radiative attenuation and the mode dispersion characteristics can be improved by reducing the total linewidth,and that a greater aspect ratio should be designed to reduce the conductor loss.

Abstract:研制了工作在94GHz的两球面镜组成的测高温超导表面电阻及其分布的准光学谐振腔测试系统,腔体的Q值高达1.4×105,高斯波束的束腰半径为2.51mm.此方法具有不损伤超导膜片,灵敏度高,并能检测大面积超导薄膜表面电阻均匀性的优点.

Abstract:The longitudinal distortion, lateral displacement and luminance difference of the reconstructed images at different depth of field in multiple exposure rainbow holography for 3 D synthesis of multiple CT slides were analyzed, for which the effective compensation methods were presented, and the experimental results were given.

Abstract:The theory of Gabor wavelet filter was discussed. Multi scale recognition for infrared images was carried out on the basis of Gabor wavelet filter, and the computer simulation experiments were done. The experiment results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is available and efficient.

Abstract:A new method to optimize the BPOFs was proposed which can reduce the low frequency noise in output plane and improve the SNR of self correlation. By applying it to the programmable matched filtering optical correlator based on electronically addressing ferroelectric liquid crystal spatial light madulator, the opto electronic pattern recognition was realized.

Abstract:The new algorithm based on wavelet transform modulus maxima was presented to resolve the problem of weak infrared point targets detection under the complicated background of sea and sky. All the singularity points were got through the wavelet transfrom modulus maxima. The algorithm eliminates the complicated background of clouds, offing and sea antenna, enhances the ability of point target detection in single frame. Experimental results show that the algorithm can detect the point targets with SCR of 2.

Abstract:采用k-ε两方程模型和壁面函数法计算舰船排气系统缩比模型的湍流场和温度场分布,经实验校模后利用自模化原理将数值模拟方法推广到实物装置上去,在建立了观察点与系统有关区域间看视关系后,利用Hottel的区域法可计算排气系统及其内部高温废气的红外辐射场的分布。
Abstract:Both the statistical method and the fractal theory were used to numerically construct the simulated images of natural terrains. The IR feature model of natural tereains was established by using the principle of heat transfer, and a simple algorithm was proposed to calculate the IR irradiance of complex terrains. The IR images of natural terrains were simulated by embodying the numerical results of infrared radiation in the generated geometrical pictures of natural terrains.

Abstract:The flow and thermal fields within the infrared signature suppression(IRSS) device of a marine gas turbine exhaust system were investigated numerically. For the conjugate heat transfer within the device, an integrated solution method was adopted. The discretion equation was derived for the control volume with conjugate heat transfer at its interface, with the radiation heat flux at the interface appearing as an additional source term. The solution method of velocities at the entrance of secondary flow was presented. The numerical results agreed well with corresponding experimental data, which are the basis of the prediction of infrared radiation distribution of a marine gas turbine exhaust system.

Abstract:It was studied how to calculate the temperature field of infrared target in general.First of all, the radiation of background was studied, then the theoretical models of several kinds of simple shape target were set up. By these models, the model of complex shape target was got to calculate the temperature field. Finally, the temperature of a target surface was calculated for two cases.
Abstract:A general uncertainty relation between learning ability and generalization ability suited to overfitting was revealed in the modeling of BP neural network. Tests of numerical simulation were carried out to determine the field of values of overfitting parameter in the uncertainty relation, and the relations between the value assignment of parameters and the complexity of function category, which can be represented with the aid of complex correlation coefficient. An overfitting discriminant which improves the generalization ability of network was also presented for freeing of overfitting in the modeling of cases using BP neural network.

Abstract:用液相外延的方法在CdZnTe衬底上生长Hg1-xCdxTe材料,获得了表面形貌好,位错密度低,组份均匀的碲匐汞外延材料,生长工艺对材料的参数控制有较好重复性,外延材料经热处理后,材料的P型和N型电学参数都达到较好的水平,并具有良好的可重复性。

Abstract:With regard to the coupling characteristics of multiple kinds of bending waveguides of NRD waveguides with different curvature radii, a novel and general analysis method was presented. When the coupling structures become the asymmetric (coupling of a straight waveguide with a bending one) or the symmetric (coupling between two bending waveguides of the same curvature radii) structures, the new method can be simplified, respectively, to be in full accordance with the reported results. Experiments were done at 60GHz for the frequency responses and the bandwidth characteristics of couplers by using bending waveguides with various curvature radii. And the generality and validity of the method were verified.

Abstract:报道了用于测量聚变等离子体密度的毫米波反射仪,实验表明其空间分辨能力:横向绝对分辨率△Rp=0.7cm,相对分辨率δRp=1.08%,纵向绝对分辨率△Lt=0.832cm,相对分辨率δLt=0.943%,时间分辨率~10us,测量灵敏度为△γ=0.79cm,相对测量灵敏度δre=1.22%,能满足实验要求。
Abstract:The approach of triple correlation overlapping sampling (TCOS) was presented for recovering signal waveforms of IR systems. Investigations show that signal waveforms can effectively be recovered in the low signal to noise ratio(SNR) circumstances using this approach. The restraining noise performances of triple correlation overlapping sampling and conventional scanning sampling integration were compared. The operations of TCOS were described and computer simulating experiment results were also given.
