Abstract:Based on the mechanism of Complementary Suppression Modulated Transmission (CSMT), a photonic logic device was designed, in which five classical double variable binary logic operations were implemented with the intensity of incident violet beam as the input to the logic gate and the transmission as the output of the gate. This photonic device can be turned into different state using different illumination.

Abstract:The behaviors of the electroluminescent polymers under applied electric fields were studied by using the tight binding model of electron lattice coupling and solving the real tmie Newton dynamical equation. It was discovered that (1) the extra electron and hole injected by the applied electric field make the lattice relaxation, and bipolaron excitons are formed. (2) there exists a critical electric field. When an applied field is equal to or larger than the critical field, the bipolaron exciton will be dissociated into positive and negative polarons, leading to photoluminescence quenching. The result is consistent with the relevant experiments, and it also implies that the bipolaron exciton is a kind of luminous species in polymers.

Abstract:报道不同层厚的AlAs/AlxGa1-xAs及GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs短周期超晶格的纵光学声子模的室温喇曼散射测量结果.在非共振条件下,观察到AlAs/AlxGa1-xAs中限制在AlxGa1-xAs混晶层中的类GaAsLO限制模和限制在AlAs层中的AlAsLO限制模,还观察到GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs中限制在AlxGa1-xAs混晶层中的类AlAsLO限制模和限制在GaAs层中的GaAsLO限制模.在近共振条件下,还观察到了AlAs/AlxGa1-xAs中AlAs的界面模.根据线性链模型,把测量的LO限制模的频率按照q=mn+12πα0展开,给出了AlxGa1-xAs混晶的类AlAs支和类GaAs支光学声子色散曲线.

Abstract:The ultrafast dynamics of nonequilibrium carriers of LT GaAs was studied using femtosecond spectroscopy. The effects of carrier initial scattering, carrier phonon interaction and carrier trapping on carrier relaxation properties were analyzed. A carrier trapping time of 500fs was measured, which was found to increase with decreasing carrier excess energy.

Abstract:报道一种通过转动样品来实现空间调制微分反射(DR)光谱技术,给出GaAs/AlGaAs多量子阱和应变InGaAs/GaAs多量子阱在室温下的DR谱实验测量结果,并与光调制反射谱(PR)实验和理论计算结果相比较.实验证明DR谱的信号比PR谱更强,可达10-2量级,两者一致并与理论计算结果符合得很好.DR谱是研究薄膜和微结构的有效方法

Abstract:用皮秒YAG激光器的倍频光(532nm)和三倍频光(355nm),对偶氮苯材料作激发态增强的双波耦合实验研究,发现材料处于激发态受激发时的三阶非线性光学电极化率比电子均处于基态时增强一个数量级.激发态时的非线性时间过程也有所缩短.用激子相位空间充满理论,对实验结果进行了理论上的解释.

Abstract:采用反射式扫描近场光学显微技术分别对直径为5μm和10μm的图钉式InGaP光学微盘进行了形貌和光致发光的近场图样测量和研究,并与由常规光学荧光显微镜测得的荧光图象相比较.结果表明InGaP微盘的近场发光图样不仅反映出荧光图象的回音壁模式特征,即沿微盘周界显示为一圈红色亮环,而且证实荧光图像中的红色亮环实际上与更精细的由分立的周期性亮点组成的近场光场分布相对应.结合微盘内部与外部的近场分布可以获得光学微盘中发光模式的重要信息.

Abstract:采用真空蒸镀的方法在玻璃、石英和硅衬底上制备了C60/70薄膜样品,膜厚范围在150~700nm.用自制的高精度、自动化光度法椭偏光谱仪在230~600nm波谱范围内测量了掺碘前后C60/70薄膜的椭偏光谱.用洛伦兹振子模型分析了这些椭偏光谱,得到了洛伦兹线型参数值E0、Ep、和Γ,并与有关C60/70掺钾的文献进行了比较

Abstract:采用Huybrechts线性组合算符和变分法相结合的方法,研究了极性晶体膜内电子与体纵光学声子弱耦合、与表面光学声子强耦合系统的基态能量,得到了作为膜厚和耦合常数函数的极化子的自陷能,对KCl晶体进行了数值计算,结果表明,不同支声子与电子相互作用对极化子自陷能的贡献大不相同
Abstract:A series of Au and Ag films was deposited on the Dove prisms with different refractive indices. By this solid contacting configuration, it was found that the spectra of dielectric function measured at the metal substrate interface do change with the refractive index and differ from those measured at the metal air interface in both the Drude and interband transition regions. This phenomenon may be explained by the surface optical properties of the noble metals, which will strongly depend on the ambient. The reconstruction of the surface state related to the different medium may account for the effect that should be taken into consideration in the optical and magneto optical applications involving metallic multilayer film structure design.
Abstract:详细研究了Co34Cu66颗粒膜在不同退火温度下的磁光性质.结果表明:未退火时在测量的能量范围内,位于3.8eV处有一θk峰.随着退火温度的升高,θk有不同程度的增加,当退火温度高于200℃时,可以观察到在2.1eV附近出现一个θk的增强峰.其中2.1eV处的峰来源于Cu的带间跃迁,3.8eV处的峰来源于Co.面内和极向Kerr回线的测量表明:经退火后Co颗粒变成平行于膜面的盘状

Abstract:用ArF准分子脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)在石英玻璃衬底上制备均匀透明的SrBi2Ta2O9铁电薄膜.紫外透射光谱研究表明在波长为370~900nm范围薄膜具有很好的透光性,在320nm处有一陡峭的吸收边,由半导体理论计算得到薄膜的禁带宽度为3.25eV,FTIR红外光谱研究表明薄膜晶格振动的特征频率约为2.4×1013Hz.
Abstract:Both pure Fe 3O 4 magnetic fluids and that containing polystyrene spheres composite magnetic fluids were prepared. The magneto optical effects of different samples were measured by the magneto optically modulated double frequency method. The author analyzed the results and suggested that the different arrangement of nonmagnetic spheres in the composite magnetic fluids affects its magneto optical property.
