Abstract:Fabrication of GaAs/AlGaAs quantum dots by wet etching was accomplished by visible light lithography. The uniformity of the size was determined by tiny spot photoluminescence. Theoretical calculation was done to simulate the size distribution and to compare with the experimental results, in which the thickness fluctuation of quantum well was considered.

Abstract:利用电子俘获材料的快速红外上转换特性,将其制成红外上转换屏与可见光阴极耦合构成了一种适用于条纹相机的新型组合红外阴极,测量表明:它能将可见光条纹相机的波长响应范围延伸至0.8~1.6μm,而且时间分辨率优于24ps、红外最小可探测能量密度优于4.8×10-9J/mm2.
Abstract:A new multiscale roof dege detection method was presented based on roof edge features, which are analyzed in source image, and the scales of wavelet transformation are adujsted by these features. The roof edge detection method as well as how to choice the filter scales was discussed. This method was proved to be effective by experiment results.

Abstract:The temperature profile and infrared exitance of a terrain object were calculated by combining domain decomposition method with monte carlo method. The object with 3 D complex shape can be divided into several regular sub zones, which are described by corresponding coordinate systems. The heat transfer within every sub zone was calculated by control volume method and the heat transfer among sub zones calculated by thermal mesh method. When the radiative transfer coefficient (RTC) was calculated by means of monte carlo method, the complication of surface radiative characteristic could be taken into account.By application of the RTC, a complicated calculation can be divided into several relatively easy sub calculations, and the calculation in several different wavelength bands can be solved parallelly.In space zone (computing zone),the object was divided into a number of domains, then several processors were used simultaneously.

Abstract:The method to quantitatively detect the sizes and depths of subsurface defects in metal material was introduced by using pulsed heating infrared thermography non destructive testing technology. Some experimental results were given and analyzed.

Abstract:An air to ground IR temperature sensing model was set up, and the ground surface temperature influenced by the underground nuclear test was calculated. The model of infrared remote sensing was also set up to estimate the ground surface temperature. The results indicate that the infrared remote sensing can be effectively applied to implement the noncontact inspection of the underground nuclear test.
Abstract:A method based on the optimization techniques for the motion compensation in inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging was proposed. The approach is to minimize the measure function of image entropy, which is a measure of the degree of focus of an image, by using the optimization method that leads to an optimization estimation for the true motion parameters. The approach was developed to improve the quality of range Doppler imagery. Some experimental imaging results obtained from realistic targets were given.

Abstract:The methods for analysis of the thermal features and simulation of the infrared signatures of vehicles were given. Taking a tank as an example, according to its structural features and the external conditions, the models for calculating the 3 D transient temperature field and radiative flux of the body of a tank were established. The temperature field of a tank and its radiative flux picture in the infrared spectra were simulated by computer.

Abstract:A new algorithm to deal with the shortcuts of traditional backpropagation algorithm was proposed.In the proposed algorithm, the hidden layer is directed by knowledge. The training effects are then greatly improved and the number of hidden neurons can be easily determined. The training need not be restarted entirely when adding new patterns, so that the training time will be saved obviously.
Abstract:In view of coating stealth, this paper presented a new method to use a millimeter wave radiometer for anti coating stealth airplane. The background noise temperature of atmosphere and terrestrial surface was calculated with American standard atmospheric model (1976) and Liebe model (1985) for millimeter wave propagation. Antenna temperaure of coating stealth airplane in air was analyzed and its signal to clutter ratio(SCR) was achieved.

Abstract:介绍了一种新的可用于绝对距离测量的波长扫描光纤干涉仪,建立了测量系统及波长扫描的模型,分析了波长扫描的随机漂移对测量的影响,提出了对光源扫描性能的要求.实验结果表明,测量系统的精度可达到0.05μm.
Abstract:A new type of coplanar transmission lines was presented, including step microshield coplanar waveguide (SMCPW), step microshield coplanar coupled line (SMCCL), and coplanar coupled step microshield line (CCSML), which are suitable for MMIC design. The simple, analytical and practical formula for the evaluation of the quasi TEM characteristic parameters was derived, which is based on a conformal mapping procedure. The numerical calculation results show the characteristics of these coplanas transmission lines.
Abstract:The conception and mathematical transfer model in uniform medium of radiant temperature difference transmission were given by means of the analysis of radiant energy transmission link in thermal imaging systems.

Abstract:利用分子束外延技术,生长了30周期的InGaAs/GaAs量子点超晶格,透射电镜表明各层量子点沿生长方向呈现很好的垂直对准,红外吸收测试观察以明显的垂直入射红外吸收,吸收范围为8.5~10.4μm之间,峰值波长为9.9μm第一次实现了响应8~12μm大气窗口的量子点的垂直入射红外吸收,这一结果预示了量子点超晶格结构在红外探测领域的潜在应用。
