Abstract:研制成测量材料光学特性的红外椭圆偏振光谱仪,其测量波长范围为2.5~12.5μm,入射角度在20°~90°连续可变.系统数据采集、前放自动增益控制、入射角度和波长设置及扫描均由计算机自动控制.给出了金反射率和GaAs体材料折射率椭偏测量,并与其它方法进行了对比,并分析了实验测量技巧和主要实验误差

Abstract:The concentrations and mobilities of bulk electron, bulk hole and interface electron were obtained, respectively, by the mobility specrum analysis (MSA) for n type HgCdTe film grown by MBE and LPE techniques. The changes of concentration and mobility for bulk and interface electrons versus temperature were also derived from the MSA, which agree well with the theoretical analysis.

Abstract:The optical transition behavior between the quasi bound electronic states above the quantum steps was presented. A new experimental study method was proposed to investigate the electron wavefunction coherence length by the results from the theoretical study on the dependence of optical properties of quantum steps on the equivalent electron wavefunction coherence length.

Abstract:采用湿法化学腐蚀在气洙MBEInGaAsP多量子阱材料上制作了微盘型激光器,直径8μm的微盘激光器表现出很好的单模激射特性,阈值泵浦功率为170μW,激射线宽为1.5nm.以微腔激光器的宽激射线宽作了初步分析。

Abstract:A coarse to fine approach was presented, which can locate automatically an important feature often used in face recognition, the centre of the iris on human face. It combines such techniques as local binarization, Hough transform, pixels cluster and edge extraction. By this method, one could attain high localization accuracy whether the photo is taken under uniform or nonuniform light condition, whether the person wears glasses or not. So it is suitable for processing identification photos.
Abstract:基于透镜成像模型推导出模糊函数σ与物距及透镜焦距的关系.采用对深度三维图像自适应分层滤波方法,引入差异度函数,按差异度函数把深度图像分解成K个z方向上不相交的子图像,通过对子图像的滤波合成,降低算法的复杂度,并使滤波后的误差控制在给定范围内,引入alpha值、按层合成等手段解决滤波后的遮挡及边界问题.为计算机渲染(render)算法提供了一种新的后期处理途径

Abstract:A method for character recognition was presented, which uses ARTMAP and fuzzy rules. The neural network generates weights, which can be used to determine fuzzy regions. The fuzzy rules recognize most of the test samples and ARTMAP recognizes the rest of characters. The experiment result proves that the combining method has higher ratio for character recognition. ARTMAP is a fast and efficient neural network, which has no local minimum point.

Abstract:The problem of gray scale image matching based on similitude measurement was discussed. Using an incoherent optical correlator and a shift encoding method, the processing of gray sclae image matching based on similitude measurement was realized. The selection of the length of shift encoding for different distortion in gray level object recognition was analyzed, The optical experimental results were given.
Abstract:To solve the problem of a large amount of useless accumulations yielded by random sampling by means of the randomized Hough transform (RHT)in handling complex images,an improved RHT used to detect lines was proposed. It uses gradient direction information, not only can well solve the problem of useless accumulations, but also has higher speed ,smaller storage and better detection performance.

Abstract:应用同步辐射技术对YBCO超导薄膜进行光刻,获得0.8μm间隔的折线结构,研制成亚微米结构高Tc超导薄膜红外探测器,敏感元接收红外辐射能量提高约42%.器件的最好探测率D*达到1.8×1010cmH1/2ZW-1,工作温度约90K.
Abstract:Based on mathematical morphology, a new algorithm for edge detection was proposed, which has a bright future in practical application. This new algorithm has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, flexibility and programmability, better than the old one. The experimental demonstrations were given.
Abstract:The application of Voronoi graph and genetic algorithm in object recognition was investigated. The shape similarity metrics were redefined in some cases of applications. To speed up the searching process for matching, the genetic algorithm was used. Further, the viewing angles and the model parameters were encoded into the chromosome string, and finally the fast generic object recognition and detection were realized.

Abstract:研究了双层金属结构Au/Sn与p-HgCdTe上的接触电阻,实验测得Au/Sn与p-Hg1-xCdTe(x=0.217,0.41)的经接触电阻,ρc(295K,77K)为10^-2~10^4Ω.cm^2将这种电板接触应用于Hg1-xCdxTe(x=0.23)光伏器件,测得pn结I-V特性的正向斜率为12.6Ω即电极接触电阻小于12.6Ω。
