Abstract:Using photoluminescence (PL) and Raman scattering (RS), the MBE grown Hg 1- x Cd x Te ( x =0.325) epilayers were studied. The PL measurement shows a strong near band emission peak with a FWHM of 5meV, which indicates high crystal quality obtained. Three peaks, the relatively strong HgTe like TO mode at 119cm -1 and HgTe like LO at 139cm -1 and a weak LA mode at 93cm -1 , were observed on RS spectra. The weak peak at 93cm -1 has not been reported previously. The assignment of the peak is based on the comparison with the result of far infrared transmittance spectra(FIT).

Abstract:An Elliptic Basis Function Probabilistic Neural Network (EBPNN)model for character recognition with noise was proposed, which uses selective attentional parameters extracted from statistic features of characters as elliptic basis function parameters. EBPNN is not only used for binary pattern recognition, but also for continuous pattern recognition. The experiments show that the recognition rate of EBPNN is better than that of other neural networks, especially under the noise circumstances.
Abstract:A group of projective invariants was derived based on the cross ratio of five coplanar points, and used to recognize planar polygons. Experimental results show that the invariants have projective invariance and can be used to recognize planar polygons effectively.

Abstract:采用к-з两方程模型和壁面函数法数值模拟舰船排气系统红外抑制装置缩比模型的湍流场和温度场分布。经实验校模后利用自模化原理半数值模拟方法推广到实物装置上去。在建立了观察点与装置有关区域之间看视关系后,利用Hottel的区域法就可计算获得装置的红外辐射场分布。

Abstract:A multichannel Vander Lugt Correlator (VLC) based on Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal Spatial Light Modulator (FLCSLM) was proposed. It takes advantage of the existence of higher diffraction orders generated by the pixeling effect of electrically addressed SLM(EASLM).The preliminary experimental results were given.

Abstract:从信息扩散的角度对RBF网络进行了分析,从理论上证明了RBF网络具有信息扩散功能,并分析了其网络的物理意义。说明了根据正态扩散的择近原则确定RBF网络中规划因子的合理性,也说明了在训练样本数目大时用聚类方法确定中心参数的优越性。

Abstract:The main methods to measure the MTF of staring thermal imaging systems available now were described. The principles, technical features and key techniques of the canted slit method and laser speckle method were analyzed, respectively. The conclusion was gotten that these two methods deserve to study and popularize for the MTF measuremnet of the staring thermal imaging systems.

Abstract:An IR theoretical model of the ship was presented. The effect of the environment on the object, and the interaction between different parts of the object were investigated. The thermal model includes solar heating, sea/sky radiation, sea/air convection, the conduction between different parts of the ship and the surface radiation (which accounts for multiple diffuse reflections); the radiation and convection of the hold were also included. Based on the Monte Carlo method, the quasi random number was introduced to the calculation of radiant heat exchange between non diffuse gray surface of complex geometrical structure. The fluid, temperature field and IR emission of hot gas in the funnel were investigated and calculated. For a ship, the 3D surface geometry a target was defined, the temperature and IR emission field were calculated, and the simulated IR thermal image was presented.
Abstract:Based on the data characteristic of airborne imaging spectrometer, the technical requirements of the data acquisition system for airborne imaging spectrometer were discussed and the design and development of the data acquisition system were reported.

Abstract:This paper pointed out that, for the design of continuous phase Fresnel lens, it helps to reduce control difficulty of the fabricated profile to replace the more complex quadratic profile with simpler linear one. The difference between such two kinds of profile was analyzed in details. By computer simulation, it was found that the optics transferring function (OTF) and the point spread function (SPF) of the linear profile lens are very close to the ideal ones,which provides the theoretical demonstration. At last, the further improving approach was pointed out.

Abstract:采用离子束刻蚀制备了线列长方形拱面熔凝石英微透镜阵列,用准分子激光扫描消融法淀积了性能均匀而且稳定的YBa2Cu3O7-δ高温超导薄膜,用湿法刻蚀制备了超导薄膜器件,用微透镜阵列与超导薄膜器件耦合构成组合式红外探测器。
Abstract:A method of supervised classification of multispectral remote sensing image was suggested using B P neural network. An example of supervised classification of 4 spectral remote sensing images for 4 crops was described by this method. The results show that even if the feature extractions are fewer than the traditional classification, the classification of multispectral remote sensing image tallys with the cases.

Abstract:报道了La0.67Ca0.33MnOδ单晶薄膜的光响应。这类钙钛矿型锰氧化物响应为测辐射热模式。新型测辐射热计算波段光吸收系数高,调整掺杂组份和氧计量比可获得合适工作温区。此外,还报道了样品的噪声特性。
