Abstract:用分子束外延方法在GaAs(100)衬底上生长了Zn1-xMgxSe(0≤x≤1)三元半导体合金薄膜.在室温下测量了这些样品的红外反射光谱.采用介电函数的经典色散理论,并且考虑衬底的影响后,计算了样品的红外反射光谱并与测量结果作了比较.我们发现对于x<0.2,0.2<x<0.5和x≥0.5三种不同情形,反射光谱表现出不同的结构.

Abstract:在Ⅲ-Ⅴ族半导体GaAs外延层上共注入Er和O离子(GaAs:Er,O).经面对面优化退火后,光致发光(photoluminescence-PL)谱中观测到对应Er3+第一激发态到基态4I13/2-4I15/2跃迁,其相对强度较单注入Er的GaAs(GaAs:Er)增强10倍,且谱线变窄.从二次离子质谱(SecondaryIonMasSpectrometry-SIMS)和卢瑟福背散射实验给出退火前后Er在GaAs:Er样品中的剖面分布.SIMS测量分别给出O注入前后Er和O在GaAs:Er,O中的深度剖面分布,分析表明Er和O共注入后形成光学激活有效的发光中心.

Abstract:Extinction of infrared radiation through continuous rain was measured with an infrared spectral radiometer at the wavelengths of atmospheric windows. Experimental results show that the extinction by rain is closely correlated with the precipitation rate. The quantitative relationship between extinction and precipitation rate was obtained from the experimental results. Extinciton by rain was also calculated using the Marshall Palmer particle size spectral distribution, and the calculated extinction coefficient coincides with the measurement results quite well when the forward scattering correction is considered.

Abstract:导出了非局域热力学平衡(NLTE)行星大气发射与透射的基本公式,假设转动能级是热力学平衡(LTE)的,建立了一个精确的Line-by-Line(LBL)NLTE发射与透射的有效算法计算较高层行星大气红外活跃样品的辐射强度.用本算法计算了地球大气12C16O24.3μm和15μm带在白天、夜晚和NLTE、LTE条件下的临边辐射强度,揭示了NLTE辐射强度对LTE辐射强度有显著而重要的偏离.

Abstract:The noise produced by a randomly distributed low thermal conductivity (LTC) layer on the outer surface of a metal tube when using infrared imaging technique to detect the corrosion defects on the inner surface of the tube was studied. The different influences of LTC layer on different heat loading methods were also studied both theoretically and experimentally. A new approach to diminish the high power noise produced by LTC layer was proposed in the end.
Abstract:报道了双波长蓝宝石单晶光纤高温仪的研制工作.对蓝宝石单晶光纤高温传感头的热辐射特性进行了理论分析和实验研究,并在此基础上研制了双波长蓝宝石单晶光纤高温仪,仪器的测温范围为800~1700℃,测温精度可望达到0.2%(1000℃时),分辨率为1℃,可应用于科研和工业生产中某些特殊环境下的温度测量.

Abstract:According to the uncertainty existing in the process of acquiring information of spatial ballistic target and its accompanying decoy, subjective Bayesian method was used to recognize these spatial targets. In order to satisfy the premise of necessary knowledge and experience for applying subjective Bayesian method, neural network was used to replace the experts of relevant domains. The method to combine neural network and subjective Bayesian was introduced, and a multi sensor data fusion model to recognize spatial complex ballistic taget and its accompanying decoy was given.The results of emulation show that the recognition rate is improved much.
Abstract:The annealing effects of InAs layers with different thicknesses in a GaAs matrix were investigated. The diffusion enhancement by strain, which is well estabished in strained quantum wells, occurs in InAs/GaAs quantum dots(QDs). A shift of the QD luminescence peak towards higher energies results from this enhanced diffusion. When a significant portion of the strain in the structures is relaxed by misfit dislocations, the diffusion becomes negligible, and annealing tends to generate additional dislocations. By these why the QD peak energy is weakly affected and the luminescence intensity decreases could be explained.

Abstract:Weak spectral information of chemical smoke was remotely observed by passive Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer. DMMP spectral information on chemical simulator and possible field interference were presented. Spectral features were analyzed and the results of the screened DMMP with field interference were given.
