Abstract:Deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS)was applied successfully to characterize the electric properties of self organized InAs quantum dots.The energy of the ground state of 2.5 ML InAs quantum dots was obtained at about 0.13eV below the bottom of the conduction band of bulk GaAs,and there occurred the lattice relaxation associated with the change of charge state of quantum dots.The corresponding capture barrier energy of such dots for electrons is about 0.32eV.This work shows that the electric characteristics of quantum dots behave somewhat like deep centers and can be investigated by using deep level investigation methods.
Abstract:研究了反铁磁和超晶格界面上非线性TM表面波的传播特性,发现超晶格体中液晶层晶轴取向θ为0或π/2时非线性TM表面波才能在所讨论的界面上存在,导出了非线性TM表面波的色散关系,分析了非线性TM表面波的频率特性
Abstract:利用Si1-x的等离子体色散效应,对1.3μm和1.55μm光通信波长的Si基Si1-xGex波长信号分离器进行了理论分析,设计了结构参数和电学参数,并分析了其分支特性。

Abstract:The magnetoresistance of three HgCdTe photoconductive detectors and one liquid phase epitaxially grown HgCdTe film was measured. The fitting results analyzed by a two carrier model of reduced conductivity tensor (RCT) scheme agree well with the experimental data.

Abstract:用经内壁涂碳膜的石英坩埚生长PbTe,CdTe和HgCdTe等的Ⅱ~Ⅳ族和Ⅳ~Ⅵ族化合物晶体,由X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS),原子吸收光谱和高频红外碳硫分析技术分析了多组涂碳和未涂碳、用和未用长晶的石英管内壁及相应的晶体表面,结果表明牢固的碳膜不会对生长晶体引进明显的碳沾污,可以避免石英同生长晶体的粘连.

Abstract:A theoretical model for IR radiance statistics of natural terrain was presented by using Monte Carlo simulation. The model is based on the heat balance equation of the natural terrain and the assumption that the short wavelength absorptance, long wavelength emissivity, wind speed and heat conductivity (for bare soil) or bulk stomatal resistance (for vegetation canopy) are random, uncorrelated variables with normal distribution densities.The results show that due to nonlinear coupling of the temperature to the thermal properties and heat source, the radiance distribution varies in a complex manner while the heat source changes. In the random variables selected, the influence of the field fluctuation in the short wavelength absorptance and wind speed on the statistical nature of the vegetation canopy is most obvious.
Abstract:The solder joint infrared radiation detecting system was developed in SMT laser micro soldering, and a numerical model of infrared sensing of the micro joint was put forward. The calculated results show that the melting and wetting of the solder were recognized by the infrared radiation signal, therefore the signal can be used to control the joint quality simultaneously in laser micro soldering.
Abstract:A new calibration method was presented for 8mm measuring radiometer. The error of antenna temperature was analyzed in this method. As in the aperture calibration method, the calibration precision is improved when errors are removed. It is economical and convenient for use.

Abstract:Based upon the analysis of information transfer of a typical image intensification system, this paper shows that the image transfer from the output screen of the intensifier to the eye makes up limitation to the whole system information amount, and proposes that the use of color image intensification when utilizing the transfor of information as the means of design and evaluation of night vision system, under the condition that the gain redundancy of image intensifier can compensate spectral gate attenuation, will realize larger information amount than the conventional image intensification.

Abstract:The state of the art in the field of passive millimeter wave imaging techniques was described. Theoretical and technical analyses of the advanced focal plane array and interferometry synthesis array imaging systems were highlighted. The conceptual design of a novel digital radiometer system, which employs interferometric synthesis approach in the 8mm wavelength range was presented. The application perspective was briefly discussed.

Abstract:针对复杂电磁环境中独立散射源参数的估算问题,提出了一种非相干变极化接收方案,有效地获取了反映散射源信息的4个参数.研究了非相干变极化技术对散射源参数的估算能力,针对具体应用背景,构建了几种典型的散射源参数估算模型,并利用一系列数值实测对这些模型进行了验证.

Abstract:A fuzzy controlling method was proposed. It controls the training parameters according to the property of training samples, i.e.adjusts the study rate with fuzzy rules. The fuzzy rules are determined by the distribution of the training set and the important level of each kind of samples. The classification rate can be improved in this way and the fast convergence property can be achieved.

Abstract:The transmission curves of HgCdTe wafers with different thicknesses were measured by FTIR. Its composition and cut off wavelength at 80K were determined by using the empirical formula. The actual cut off wavelengths were measured and obtained from their spectral responses. The result shows that the relative deviation between predicted cut off wavelength and actual one is 2.5%. Therefore, this method can provide one of the most important parameters for material selection of HgCdTe for device manufacture.
