Abstract:The definition of radiative function in atmospheric short wave radiation transfer was improved to include the variation of the product of atmospheric scattering phase function and atmospheric single scattering albedo with height.The properties of the improved radiative function (IRF) were studied, which include the relationship between multiple scattering light and IRF, the analytical recurrence formula of IRF, the analytical relationship betweem high order IRF and zero order IRF and the power series of IRF about optical depth.

Abstract:The rectangular cold shield effect in 180 element HgCdTe linear array detector was analyzed. The field of view ( FOV ) for each element of a 180 element linear array and its background limited performance under 300K background radiation were calculated as well. The actual performances of each element for the 180 element linear array detector were compared with the theoretical calculations. The results show that the performances of the 180 element long wavelength infrared linear array detector developed by the authors have approached the theoretical background limitation at room temperature.
Abstract:提出了一种基于广义伦兹-米氏理论(GeneralizedLorenz&MieTheory)的硅中μm/nm级体缺陷的激光无损检测新途径,叙述了有关的理论基础,进行了系统的计算机仿真与特征提取的研究,实现了系统的模拟实验,验证了理论的正确性及方案的可行性。

Abstract:A real time infrared scene generator composed of two Intel i860 processors was introduced. The hardware architecture of the system and the schematic diagram illustrating how to compute the image sequences of infrared scenes based on the hardware system were described. Finally, experimental results indicate that the generator can meet the needs of application in practice.
Abstract:The principle of IR simulator was described. The driving signal transformation relation was derived by theoretical analysis. Finally the problem which may be met in driving signal transformation was discussed.

Abstract:The principle of multiple frequency phase shift scanning method was analyzed. The electro optic sampling system constructed with the multiple frequency phase shift scanning method was introduced. An integrated circuit chip of high speed GaAs dynamic freqnency dividing circuit was measured, and the measured frequency dividing waveform was presented.

Abstract:根据红外探测器对物体辐射的输出响应,从实际测量的角度提出了物体发射率的一般性定义,分析了红外热成像技术进行精确测量的条件,导出了物体温度Tobj、环境温度Tsur、物体发射率ηo和测量精度e之间的关系,并建立了一套用红外热成像技术精确测定ηo的方法,实验表明该方法可获得满意的测量结果
Abstract:The optical bistability in a dye ring cavity laser was investigated by using the theory of band model. In the study, the real distribution of the cavity field with Gaussian transverse profile was used. The result was compared with those which were obtained by using plane wave approximation based on the band model and the two level model in one transverse mode approximation, respectively.

Abstract:Based on the heat balance equation of the snow cover, a prediction model for radiative temperature of the snow surface was established. By using the meteorological condition and snow surface radiative parameters, the time dependence of radiative temperature of the snow surface was calculated. And the influence of air temperature, wind speed and relative humidity on the snow surface temperature was described.

Abstract:A new kind of feature of an image was presented on the basis of the self similarity property of the fractal model, which could be applied to recognize man made objecs in the natural background. Firstly, the interpretation of the feature was discussed and the procedure of the computation of the feature was presented. Secondly, the feature was compared with the fractal dimension feature and the fractal model fitting error feature based on the experimental data to show its superiority in recognizing man made objects in the natural background. Finally, some experimental results for practical infrared images were presented to show the effect of the feature in the practical situations.
Abstract:用激光加热小基座法生长了直径为200~1000μm,长度达50cm的蓝宝石单晶光纤.对蓝宝石单晶光纤的光学传输特性进行了分析和测试,结果表明蓝宝石单晶光纤在可见到近红外波段具有良好的光学传输特性,可应用于高温传感和医用近红外激光传输.

Abstract:建立了高电子迁移晶体管(HEMT)的二维数值模型,并用二维数值模拟的方法讨论了AlGaAs/GaAsHEMT中的GaAs沟道层量子阱中二维电子气的物理性质.通过自洽求解薛定谔方程和泊松方程获得了沟道中的电子浓度和横向电场.模拟结果表明栅电压的改变对HEMT器件跨导产生很大的影响.
Abstract:The video waveform feature of high resolution radar was discussed. Using the Chirp z transform, the extraction of high resolution waveform feature was presented. Two types of practical millimeter wave high resolution radar target waveforms were studied by Chirp z transform and Fourier transform. The results prove that by using the Chirp z transform the extraction of radar target video waveform feature can satisfy the stability principle of target feature and can easily recognize two different targets.
