Abstract:Taking Scanning Detection Systems (SDS) as detection systems of contrast,under detector noise limited circumstances,and considering the effects of signal processors,the NETD for extended sources and the range equation for point source targets of SDS were derived.The relations between the range equation and the NETD of SDS were established.

Abstract:The heat balance equation of an element of ground surface including the term of latent heat exchange was presented. The method of temperature linearization was used.By selecting the absorptivity of ground surface and the reciprocal of heat exchange resistance between ground surface and atmosphere as random noncorrelated variables,and assuming that the two variables obey normal distribution,the expression of the probability density of temperature difference between ground surface and constant temperature underground was derived.The average temperature of ground surface was calculated.Compared with the data measured,the result is satisfactory.

Abstract:The characteristic of the temperature field distribution of the photothermal radiometry (PTR) system and the effect of transfer function of the PTR system on the spatial resolution were analyzed.The derivative deconvolution method was applied to improve the spatial resolution of the real measurement curves.The results show that the derivative deconvolution can enhance the spatial resolution of the PTR system effectively.

Abstract:Based on the SEM (Single Element Method), the heat transfer process of object with enclosure shell structure in the ocean was investigated. The 3 D object was divided into different elements which were classified according to their thermal characteristics. Two temperature correction formulas which were very important to the simulated infrared thermogram were developed for the first time. The 3 D temperature distribution of the object was obtained through simple numerical calculation, and the simulated infrared thermogram was also given.

Abstract:Fractal geometry was used for the segmentation of low contrast FLIR image.The variation of fractal feature in different scales of natural scenes and man made objects was analyzed.A new multiscale fractal feature vector was proposed and constructed.The accurate segmentation of tank target was realized by clustering the multiscale fractal feature vector in the feature space.

Abstract:报道了n型Hg0.8Cl0.2Te光电导体的变温材料参数与性能参数的对照关系,并讨论了材料的锭条参数与小芯片霍耳参数的差异,得到一组光电导的实验优化数据,实测小芯片载流子浓度n≈1.8×10^15cm^-3,这与高性能器件实测值的倒推数值一致,这被解释为长江红外高背景辐射的结果。
Abstract:为描述光导HgCdTe探测器低温与室温不同的导电机构,本文定义了一个易于测量的参数γ-液氮温度与室温电阻之比,实验结果表明,多数情况下,γ与黑体探测率密切相关。

Abstract:Cherenkov radiation produced by an axial solid relativistic electron beam in a plasma filled dielectric lined slow wave waveguide was analyzed by the use of the self consistent linear field theory considering the three dimensional perturbation of electrons.The dispersion equation,which describes the instability,and the simultaneous condition of the beam wave interaction were derived.Finally,the growth rate of the wave was obtained,and the effects of the background plasma density and the electron beam radius on the growth rate of the wave were presented.

Abstract:In situ investigations on the laser induced damage of the infrared windows by photothermal displacement technique (PDT) were described by the studies on the damage process of the Si window, Si window with half reflectancee protecting films and Si window with full reflectancee protecting films. It was found that the laser induced damage threshold of Si window can be highly increased by using dielectric protecting films,and the damage process of full reflectance protecting films is conducted layer by layer.

Abstract:报道了一种新型的具有InGaAs量子阱结构有源区的垂直腔面发射激光器,采用钨丝作为掩膜,通过两次垂直交叉H^+质子轰击工艺制备器件,初步实现了室温脉冲工作,最低阈值电流达20mA,激射波长为915nm,器件的串联电阻最低达120Ω。

Abstract:分析了金属有机化合物化学气相淀积(MOCVD)GaAs/GaAsAl/GaAs/Si材料结构的性能,用MOCVD法地硅衬底上生长了GaAs/GaAsAl/GaAs材料,并用这种材料制备了平面光波导样品,测定了1.3μm,单模激光的传输损耗小于0.65dB/cm。
Abstract:By applying the describing function method,the circuit performance of millimeter wave second harmonic oscillators was investigated based on a large signal model of GaAs Gunn diode at harmonic frequencies.The oscillation frequency and the output power were calculated as the functiions of the nonlinear characteristic and the external circuit parameters.The deduced conclusions are in coincidence with the experiments.
Abstract:An analysis of electromagnetic wave propagation in multilayer mediums containing anisotropic material and a closed form representation of the electromagnetic field over the anisotropic region were presented.This structure can be used as a quasi optical Faraday rotator and as either an isolator or circulator when combined with other guasi optical components.It also can be used as a radiation aperture to realize the beam scanning or change of polarization by means of changing the direction and strength of the biased magnetic field.The calculated and experimental results of Faraday rotation were given.

Abstract:The system of automatic measurement for pyroelectric coefficient based on the techniques of computer sampling and controlling was reported. The experiments show that this measuring system can not only measure the pyroelectric coefficient quickly,but also present quite precise results.
