Abstract:A novel correlation tracking algorithm towards the forward-looking infrared imagery tracking in the aiming cabin is presented. The algorithm adopts the project of onedimensional-histogram quick-searching and two-dimensional multistage subsample accurate positioning, making real-time processing possible. It also effectively improves the system tracking precision by using accumulated error frame-jump correction based on correlation of the sequence images. Experimental results are in agreement with theories.
Abstract:A new segmenting algorithm for forward-looking ship infrared imaging target is presented by analyzing infrared ship imaging characteristics. It segments targets with the adaptive threshold relaxation fuzzy segmenting technique. The method is emulated with a software using practical infrared ship images, and its reality and practicality proved.

Abstract:A procedure of detecting man-made objects in natural background from the infrared and visible images was presented, in which the fractal structure was employed to model natural background, and the intrinsic difference in fractal characters between manmade objects and natural background was used to identify man-made objects. The methods of adaptive enhancement for fractal features and image detection were also discussed.Some experimental results for practical images were presented to show the effect of the procedure.

Abstract:实验分析表明:在Tc附近(85K<T<95K)YBCO/SrTiO3外延膜的光响应特征表现为辐射热效应;对T<84K温区中难以用辐射热效应解释的非平衡光响应特征,提出了光致磁流阻观点.基于Bardeen-stephen磁阻尼局域化模型,给出了光照下载流超导体的附加损耗.此外,对光致准粒子激发引起的非平衡光响应进行了讨论.
Abstract:A novel structure for integrated optical waveguide traveling wave phase modulator was presented. It makes use of the suspended slot line as the modulating circuit,and is capable of decreasing the mismatch between optical wave and modulating wave,so the bandwidth of the modulator can be greatly increased. The transmission characteristics of the suspended slot line were analyzed by using the spectral domain technique.
Abstract:The energy saving mechanism of the infrared radiation coating was discussed. The effect of the refractory coating on the temperature of tie exit gas from fuel heating furnace and also the relationship between coating and the temperature of the furnace outer surface were analyzed. The effect of energy saving by means of the infrared coating was evaluated in both theory and practice.

Abstract:The characteristics of a waveguide y-junction circulator with an off-centred circular ferrite post were analyzed by the point-matching method based on coordinate transformation. The influence of the ferrite post displacement from the junction center on the circulator performances was discussed. It can be concluded from the numerical results that: (1) The circulator with an off-centred ferrite post can be used as an excellent y-junction isolator with low insertion loss,low VSWR and high isolation ; (2) The asymmetrical performances of an asymmetrical waveguide y-junction circulator can be corrected by the ferrite post displacement.
Abstract:The paper describes the research advances of some key components such as the field emission array (FEA), input & output circuits for use in microwave & millimeter wave vacuum microelectronic devices (MMW-VMD) and so on, discusses the method for overcoming the transverse velocity components of electrons, the noise, the conductivity loss and the emission non-uniformity problem, analyzes the space charges,emitter failure and so on.

Abstract:The theory of bowtie antenna and the antenna pattern in the infinite dielectric space were discUssed. Using CAA,the impedance was analyzed and calculated. In addition, this paper gives the result of design of bowtie antenna,which works at 0. 337mm wavelength.
Abstract:Phase locking of millimeter wave vircators was analyzed. The nonlinear equations satisfied both for the case in which an oscillator is driven by an external signal without feedback, and for the case in which two coupled oscillators drive each other, were given. Numerical calculations were carried out and discussed in detail. The results are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.

Abstract:A millimeter wave phase-locked source was designed by the principle of miniaturization and low phase noise. Some high-performance components,such as phase-locked loop, frequency divider, integrated VCO, etc. were chosen, and the millimeter wave highdensity assembly technology and SMT were utilized. The millimeter wave phase-locked source developed by the authors is characteristic of small size,low phase noise,fast locking and high reliability,and can be used in airborne and bombborne environment.

Abstract:With MgO and Fe2O3 doped into LiNbO3 ,the Mg: Fe: LiNbO3 crystal was grown. The highest exponential gain coefficient (r=80cm-1 ) was measured in a thin Mg :Fe: LiNbO3 sample,of which the thickness was 0. 2mm. The sample showed high gain coefficient within a wide angular range. These features were explained by the effect of light crawling, which originated from light scattering with large angles. The response speed and the ability of anti-scattering of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 were improved as compased with Fe:LiNbO3. The once iteration of output in real-time holographic associative memory was implemented by using Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 as a photorefractive amplifier.
Abstract:阐述了单色微分辐射出射度MAλ.T及其在红外探测中所起的重要作用,计算了在100-1000K温度范围内的MAλ.T及普适的黑体辐射曲线,研究了峰值的变化规律,提出在设计及选用有工作波段要求的红外探测器、红外光学元件和红外成像等系统时,应以单色微分辐射出射度Mλ.T及其峰值波长作为主要的依据,还提出了辐射出射度的小信号对比度的概念,并建议将长波红外大气窗口向短波给扩展0.2μm.

Abstract:Based on the principle of measurement for the thermal diffusivity using the photothermal radiometry technique,the measurement set-up controlled by a microcomputer is introduced. Measurement results of the thermal diffusivity of several common metals are given,and some factors which affect the measurement results are discussed. The experimental results show that this new technique is a useful tool for fast measurement of thermal properties.
