Abstract:The transient decay response of HgCdTe PC and SPRITE detectors have been calculated and observed. The results of theory and experiment are in good agreement. At high bias fields, the decay processes of PC and SPRITE detectors are with ramp and rec- tangular waveforms, respectively. According to the curve of decay process, the excess carri- er ambipolar mobility can be determined.

Abstract:研制的长波大面积HgCdTe光导红外探测器的面积为2.1×2.1mm~2,在80K时探测率D_p~*=1.86×10~(10)cmHz~(1/2)W~(-1),响应率R_p=386VW~(-1),长波限λ_(co)(50%)>18μm.还研制了带有低温聚光器组合件结构的新型探测器,D_p~*=7.3×10~(10)cmHz~(1/2)W~(-1),λ_(co)(50%)>16μm.

Abstract:Some important improvements of measurements for steam humidity by means of light scattering are proposed. Extinction coefficient of spherical particles is calculated with Mie's theory and, in accordance with the distribution of water droplets, the average extinction coefficient is calculated. The error is modified for forward scattering. The estab- lished measurement system can measure steam humidity and average diameter of water droplets simultaneously.
Abstract:From the relative spectral response measurement of the SPR cooled infrared photovoltaic InSb detector and the measurement of filter transmissivity spectrum, it is found that the relative spectral response of the field lens, filter and infrared detector module has close relationship with the filter technical requirements.
Abstract:According to the optical and structural characteristics of the components of a vegetative canopy, the directional and bidirectional scattering coefficients of the canopy are derived and discussed theoretically, with the azimuth angles of incoming light vector and exiting light vector being considered. The results extend Coudriaan's calculations and in- clude Suit's conclusions as a special case.

Abstract:The design of a special accessory for measuring emissivities of materials by means of the heat pipe heater technique is reported. The measuring system consists of a P-E983 IR spectrophotometer, a model 3600 data station and a heat pipe heater. The measuring technique for low emissivities of materials is studied by means of a double tem- perature-measuring technique. The normal spectral emissivity curves of some materials are measured and the factors which will determine the measuring errors are discussed.
Abstract:The main characters of intersubband transitions in semiconductor quantum wells and the device physics of quantum well infrared photodetectors (QWIP) are discussed. The most recent advances in this field are introduced. At last, several trends of studies on intersubband transitions and QWIPs are pre- dicted.

Abstract:Silicon crystals of different oxygen contents have been investigated by means of infrared absorption spectroscopy at 300K and 4.2K. It is seen from the experiments that the absorption band at 1127cm~(-1)at low temperatures (80~4.2K) is due to oxygen absorp- tion.

Abstract:采用非线性光电导技术测量2.06μm激光激发的GaAs本征半导体三光子吸收,观察到三光子和单光子吸收的混合光电导,测得了三光子吸收系数.测量结果与理论计算符合较好.
Abstract:The study of selection with He-Ne laser or He-Ne laser plus lithium chloride in streptomyces rimosus is reported. Under identical experiment conditions, the irradiation with He-Ne laser is better than that with He-Ne laser plus lithium chloride. After irradia- tion with He-Ne laser, experimental high-production strain 5221 was obtained. Its unit of fermentation was increased by 5% as compared with the control.

Abstract:The laser induced infrared fluorescence spectra of the crystal Cr:Mg_2SiO_4 at room temperature and liquid-nitrogen temperature with the wavelength of inducing laser being 1064and 532nm, respectively, are reported. The characteristics of the infrared fluorescence spectra are described and analyzed. On the assumption which is verified by theoretical calculations that the complex ions (CrO_6)~(9-)and (CrO_4)~(4-)simultaneously exist in the crystal Cr:Mg_2SiO_4, the interpretation of infrared fluorescence spectra is discussed.
