Abstract:The eigenvalue problem of radially inhomogeneous cylindrical dielectric waveguides is solved by microwave network method. The EM field boundary value problem is represented by equivalent coupled radial transmission line networks, which give clear physical pictrures of the coupling characteristics of the EM fields and the whole calculation procedure is significantly simplified. Numerical examples show that the present method is simple, accurate and versatile.
Abstract:Raman scattering measurements of CdTe/ZnTe superlattices (SL) grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) have been reported for the first time at room temperature and under off-resonance condition. The lowest confined longitudinal optical (LO) phonon modes of CdTe and ZnTe are observed. Theoretical frequeney shift in SL, accounting both for strain and confinement, is calculated accurately and in good agreement with the observed shift of ZnTe LO phonon. It is indicated especially that when the individual layer thickness of CdTe and ZnTe is less than 2nm, the confinement effect of phonon frequency shift can not be neglected.

Abstract:测量了各种稀土元素在氟铝酸盐中的透射光谱,计算了它们在0.3~8μm之间的吸收系数α(cm~(-1))及吸收损耗L(dB/km/ppm)。结果表明稀土元素Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu和Dy除了在紫外区有吸收峰外,在2~5μm红外区也有尖锐的吸收峰,它们的吸收损耗为1.5~60dB/km/ppm。为获得2.5μm波长处损耗低于1dB/km的氟铝酸盐玻璃光纤,Nd浓度必须低于10ppb,Pr、Sm、Eu和Dy浓度必须低于100ppb。

Abstract:对YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)块材料进行了空气淬火实验和红外反射光谱测量。利用Drude模型及Lorentz声子研究反射光谱,得到载流子浓度与淬火温度关系。利用声子的异常敏感性讨论了反射光谱中声子强度的变化。
Abstract:从理论上获得了高斯线型、洛伦兹线型的微分消卷积算符,对洛伦兹线型还给出了实用的消卷积算符。借助样条函数,利用获得的算符可分辨出Eu~(3+)的~7F_0→~5D_1跃迁在水溶液中的谱带结构,提高了原始光谱的分辨率。

Abstract:For the one transverse mode and under the mean field approximation, the steady state equation is given. The linear stability analysis of the steady states is performed and the difference between the cases in which the incident field has a typical Gaussian profile and the cases in which the incident field is a plane wave is pointed out. This paper includes as its particular cases many important results given by earlier references.
Abstract:The calculation method of normal effective emissivity of double cavities blackbody at isothermic and unisothermic states is obtained by means of theoretical derivation. The effective emissivity of "Double Cavities High Precision Extended Source Blackbody" used in the infrared radiation calibration of the FY-1 Meteorological Satellite is calculated. The effect of temperature difference on the effective emissivity at unisothermic state is given quantitatively.

Abstract:用Zernike多项式展开的方法讨论了双波长自适应光学系统中的大气色散效应。根据位相展开系数的双频相关求得了大气色散产生的剩余位相误差。结果表明:虽然大气色散会使位相补偿不完全,但用比发射激光波长更短的光源为信标,并将信标位相畸变量与比值λ_2/λ_1(信标波长/发射波长)的乘积作为位相预畸变,能较好地校正发射光束的位相畸变。
Abstract:A genaral optimization design of ZnSe/ZnS multiple quantum wells optical switch is proposed. The optimization of multiple quantum wells structure is made according to Kronig-Penny model. The multiple quantum wells nonlinear FabryPerot etalon is designed based on the experimental data.
Abstract:Based on lattice dynamics and phonon theories, the correlative relationship between the intrinsic frequency of lattice vibration and lattice structure as well ass impurity properties is described. High-tempetature energy-saving corrosion-resistant coatings have been developed, which can raise the transmission efficiency of thermal radiation by optimizing the energy spectrum of matched wavelengths.

Abstract:制备了TGS-PVDF铁电复合材料,测量了该材料的介电常数、介质损耗和热释电系数,计算了该材料的热释电优值因子,并初步测试了由该材料制成的热释电探测器的性能。
