Phase locking of millimeter wave vircators was analyzed. The nonlinear equations satisfied both for the case in which an oscillator is driven by an external signal without feedback, and for the case in which two coupled oscillators drive each other, were given. Numerical calculations were carried out and discussed in detail. The results are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.
