    Abstract:

    A genaral optimization design of ZnSe/ZnS multiple quantum wells optical switch is proposed. The optimization of multiple quantum wells structure is made according to Kronig-Penny model. The multiple quantum wells nonlinear FabryPerot etalon is designed based on the experimental data.
