The vector wave functions in an active loaded quasi-optical cavity were obtained with paraxial approximation. The dyadic Green's functions in the active loaded quasi-optical cavity were developed using the eigenvector wave function expansion. The integral solution of the electromagnetic field in the cavity was derived.
