    摘要:

    用改进的Bridgman方法首次生长了Cd_(1-x)Sm_xTe(x=0.0005,0.005,0.01,0.05)晶体。用光荧光方法测量了样品在液氮下的光致发光谱,并用提拉法在温度1.5K下、磁场强度直到7T范围测量了磁化强度。实验表明随着标称组份的增加,发光峰向短波方向移动,与晶格常数变小趋势相对应·讨论与分析稀土元素离子与过渡族元素离子的磁性差别。

    Abstract:

    Cd_(1-x)Sm_xTe crystals (x=0.0005, 0.005, 0.01, 0.05) have been grown by Bridgman method for the first time. Photoluminescence measurements have been carried out in liquid nitrogen temperature range and the magnetization measurements have been made at 1.5K and magnetic fields up to 7T by using the extraction method. It is shown that the photoluminescence peak shifts toward the short wavelength (high energy) with the increase of x, corresponding to the decrease of lattice constant. The difference of paramagnetism between the rare-earth ions and transition metal ions is discussed and analyzed.
