    • Research on Supporting Structure of Cryogenic Infrared Optical Lens

      Abstract:In a cryogenic infrared optical system, the temperature of processing and assembly of optics and its supporting structure is difference from the actual working environment. According to the requirements of cryogenic infrared optical system for optical machine structure design, a flexible supporting structure for cryogenic optical lens is designed and fabricated in this paper. The supporting structure of the optical lens is circumferentially equipped with a group of flexible and cantilevered supporting feet, which provide radial support for the optics. The waveform washer is used to provide axial support for the optics in the axial direction. Both schemes are important to avoid lens surface type not meeting indicator requirements due to temperature difference, physical property differences and changes in materials. The experimental result shows that the lens supporting structure has good imaging effect in the low temperature condition of 133 K.

      Abstract:InSb is the mainstream material for the fabrication of mid-wave infrared detectors. Its photosensitive chip scale has undergone the development process from cell, multi-element, line array to area array. Due to the demand of market application, the fabrication technology of photosensitive chip is constantly updated. According to the development sequence, the fabrication technology of PN junction of InSb photosensitive chip is introduced, including thermal diffusion technology, ion implantation technology and epitaxy technology. At present, thermal diffusion technology is the mature technology of photosensitive chip formation in China. The main foreign manufacturers have mature technologies in thermal diffusion ion implantation and epitaxy technology and put them into actual production. The advantages and disadvantages of the three technologies and the design of the corresponding focal plane array structure are introduced emphatically.

      Abstract:In order to speed up the localization process of China′s core electronic devices, it is necessary to verify and evaluate the advancement and reliability of domestic core electronic devices to promote the engineering application of domestic core electronic devices in electronic information equipments. Firstly, the key technical requirements for on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors are analyzed, and the sensitive parameters and failure modes of domestic infrared detectors are sorted out. Finally, the on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors is determined. The future development trend of on-board monitoring and health management system for airborne equipment is prospected. Through the combing of the key technologies for current on-line monitoring and health management of airborne infrared detectors, it paves the way for the design and development of on-line monitoring and health management systems for airborne infrared detectors.

    • Development of Channel Selection Methods for Infrared Atmospheric Vertical Sounding

      Abstract:The development process of infrared atmospheric sounding technology from filter type, grating type to interference type, from multispectrum to hyper-spectrum is summarized, and the necessity of optimal channel selection is expounded. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of work on channel selection of atmospheric vertical detection, including methods based on information entropy, Jacobi and error vector, which is summarized systematically in the paper. Furthermore, the principles, characteristics and application of each method are analyzed from the view of mathematical model and physical implication, and the differences, advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared, which provides supports for the reasonable choice of channel selection methods as well as lays foundation for the further development of channel selection methods for infrared atmospheric vertical sounding. With the launch of FY-4A geostationary meteorological satellite and FY-3D polar orbit meteorological satellite in China, the result will provide support for the data application of infrared hyperspectral atmospheric vertical sounding, instrument design and development of FY satellites in China. At the same time, it also contributes to the application of FY meteorological satellite′s infrared hyperspectral atmospheric vertical sounding in China.

      Abstract:From the perspective of theoretical numerical simulation and near-field radiation experimental research, the latest research results in near-field thermal radiation heat transfer are introduced. The focus of theoretical research is mainly on heat transfer studies in graphene composites, artificial processing and synthetic metamaterials. The focus of experimental research is on laboratory equipment manufacturing and method innovation based on nanoscale near-field thermal radiation measurements. Very near-field thermal radiation measurements with a minimum distance of only 2 nm have been experimentally implemented. Further research on near-field thermal radiation provides a theoretical basis for thermal photovoltaic, radiant cooling and efficient energy harvesting applications.

      Abstract:In order to realize the reasonable classification of optical spectrometers, the classification study is carried out from the working band and spectroscope of the spectrometer. On the basis of in-depth research on the development status of existing spectrometer products at home and abroad, the related research is summarized and analyzed, and the specific classification methods and classification results are given. At the same time, by using known spectrometry technology and the research result, the comparative research conclusions of spectrometers are introduced, and the key technologies and core components are pointed out. This conclusion can provide spectrometer researchers with a panoramic viewing angle and also provide a valuable reference for tracking industry development.
