Abstract:Infrared focal plane detectors are widely used in aviation, aerospace, military and other fields. It is urgent to develop large format, lightweight and high reliability infrared focal plane detectors and their dewar assembly in China. The selection of cold platform materials for infrared detector assemblies at home and abroad is analyzed, including Fe-Ni expansion alloy, low expansion alloys with high thermal conductivity, new ceramic materials, and so on. The source of thermal mismatch stress in infrared focal plane detectors and the solution to reduce thermal mismatch stress are summarized. Finally, some suggestions on the material selection of cold platform during the development of infrared detector are given, while involving the key technologies which should be studied under the development trend of infrared focal plane detectors assembly.

Abstract:Study on screening method of CdZnTe substrates for improving the quality of LW HgCdTe films grown by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE) is mainly presented. All of the CdZnTe substrate′s parameters such as Zn composition, infrared transmittance, deposition & precipitation, etch pit density (EPD), X-ray topography and XRD FWHM are tested. And X-ray topography and XRD FWHM of HgCdTe films grown by LPE are evaluated. We find that the X-ray topography and Zn composition are important parameters which affect HgCdTe film′s quality at present. The result shows that CdZnTe substrate involving appropriate Zn composition between 4.2% and 4.8%, and X-ray topography with good uniformity and high diffraction intensity is perfect for LW HgCdTe films grown by LPE.

Abstract:In the field of infrared detection, InSb materials have been widely used to fabricate focal plane array detectors in the wavelength range from 3 to 5 microns. There is a growing demand for larger, higher performance detectors that need to be fabricated on larger, higher quality wafers.Therefore, the processing technology of 4-inch InSb wafers is studied. By optimizing the grinding and polishing parameters, 4-inch InSb wafers with a total thickness deviation of 10 μm or less, a warpage of 20 μm or less, a surface roughness of less than 1 nm, and excellent surface quality were obtained, which improves processing efficiency and can satisfy the need to use large-scale high-quality infrared focal plane detectors.

Abstract:The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) held the first Electronics Resurgence Initiative (ERI) summit in July 2018, which clarified the planned layout, promotion ideas, and project arrangements, marking the plan′s entry into the full implementation phase. ERI is an important initiative for the United States to explore new paths for the development of integrated circuit technology and lay the absolute advantage of electronics industry in the post-Moore era. Abstract:Medical infrared thermal imaging technology has played an important role in the theoretical system of "treatment of disease" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It can predict the risk of disease in advance and realize early intervention and early treatment. Medical infrared thermal imaging technology runs through the three processes of preventing disease onset, preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing reoccur after recovery in the "treatment of disease" of TCM. It plays an auxiliary role in TCM constitution identification, TCM diagnosis, syndrome analysis and efficacy evaluation. The application of medical infrared thermal imaging technology in the idea of "treating the disease" in Chinese medicineis is dicussed, aiming to further improve the diagnostic methods of Chinese medicine, intervene early, block all sources of disease development, and achieve the goal of less illness and no disease. The result will benefit the people.

Abstract:The role of infrared thermal imaging technology in the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperuricemia was discussed. A retrospective study was performed on 300 patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia. A whole body scan was performed using HIR-2000 infrared thermal imager. The deviation of coldness and heat in the abdomen and renal area was recorded. There were 246 cases with the abdomen coldness deviation, accounting for 82%. There were 273 cases with the renal coldness deviation, accounting for 91%. The results show that infrared thermography plays an important role in the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperuricemia. It can be widely used in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hyperuricemia.
