Abstract:Near infrared spectroscopy is being in favor with more and more researchers. As the basis and premise of this technology, the near infrared spectrometer is driving it to develop quickly. In recent years, with the wide application of near infrared spectroscopy, the current near infrared spectrometers are difficult to meet the needs of research and production. Therefore, to improve the performance of near infrared spectrometers, more researchers have done a lot. The research progress of near infrared spectrometers in recent years, such as the progress of hardware, the modification of spectroscopic circuits, the improvement of spectral signal processing and the development of software, is discussed. The development trend of near infrared spectrometers is given.

Abstract:The circuit board fault detection method based on an infrared technology is a new non-contact detection method. According to the basic elements of infrared circuit board fault detection, the basic knowledge of various related technologies and the research status in China are presented. Some uncertain factors in infrared information extraction are analyzed. The method in which a support vector machine is used to implement infrared intelligent diagnosis of circuit board faults is proposed. Through analysis of the existing research achievements, the shortages of the current infrared circuit board fault detectors used in practical applications are described and the key points are pointed out for the further study of infrared circuit board fault diagnosis.

    • Study of Micro-stress Technics of XM-23 Sealant for Space Optical Remote Sensor

      2012, 33(7):11-15.

      Abstract (1313) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (1668) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The XM-23 sealant for space application was studied carefully. The application of it in the mirror subassembly of a space optical remote sensor as a damping agent was mainly considered. Its composition and function were analyzed. The mass ratio of each component was selected reasonably and the adding sequence of each composition in the sealant mixing process was optimized. Finally, an ideal curing process route for sealing the mirror subassembly of a space optical remote sensor in micro-stress was obtained. The testing result showed that the process route had the features of less time, less internal stress and reasonable composition ratio. It met the micro-stress requirements of the sealant used for space application. Therefore, it could be widely used in the structures for space application.

    • Micro-stress Assembling Technique for a Reflector Component of Space Remote Sensor

      2012, 33(7):16-19.

      Abstract (1012) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (732) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The micro-stress assembling technique for the main reflector component of a space remote sensor was discussed. The reflector component was assembled when it had the surface deformation of λ/10 (λ=632.8 nm). To reduce the influence of the assembling stress on the reflector surface accuracy to the greatest extent, the stress of the main reflector was analyzed and the assembling process and adjustment device were designed. After the reflector was assembled, none changes of its surface deformation were measured. Finally, the reflector was verified in both mechanical test and vacuum thermal cycling test. The result showed that this assembling technique met the design and operation requirements.

    • A Method for Removing Atmospheric Haze in Remote Sensing Images Based on Linear Spectral Decomposition

      2012, 33(7):20-24.

      Abstract (1453) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (1465) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Haze has great influence on remote sensing images. The transmission of sunlight in haze environment is analyzed mainly. Firstly, according to the transmission of sunlight, the haze is considered as a non-uniform translucent-transparent layer. Then, the end-member of the haze is extracted by using the SMACC algorithm and the haze in a remote sensing image is removed by using a least-square method. The haze removal method using linear spectral decomposition is very effective for the removal of the haze with either high or low aerosol concentration in remote sensing images and can retain the spectral information in remote sensing images maximally. Finally, the method is compared with the atmospheric correction method. The result shows that this linear spectral decomposition method is better for the removal of haze.

      2012, 33(7):25-28.

      Abstract (1200) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (700) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:To solve the problem of high noise and edge blur commonly present in infrared images, a new infrared image processing method is proposed. According to the theory of an integral image, the noise reducing and strip removing algorithm combined with a high frequency enhance filter is given. The special software is designed and good processing effectiveness is obtained. The simulation result shows that compared with the traditional method, this method has the advantages of high speed, good adaptability and obvious strip removal ability and can retain the details in the original image as many as possible.

    • Simulation of Infrared Smoke Image Based on Real-time Drawing Technique for Measured Images

      2012, 33(7):29-33.

      Abstract (1244) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (1204) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Infrared smoke simulation is a key technique in the application field of infrared imaging guidance weapons. Under a typical environmental condition, the infrared imaging tracking of the smoke of a moving target is carried out. According to the infrared images and related data obtained in the field test of a given smoke pot, a method for modifying the classic infrared smoke model is proposed. In a scene simulation program, the elements such as background and target are utilized. By comparing them to the measured data, an image database is formed. The dynamic scene simulation of infrared smoke interference is implemented by using a real time layered transparent image drawing method. The simulation uses a scene window of 360?240 and a frame rate of 40 frames per second. It can meet the real time simulation requirement of the conventional imaging infrared guidance process.

    • Research on Cleaning of InSb Wafers

      2012, 33(7):34-38.

      Abstract (1131) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (733) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:With the rapid development of the fabrication technology of infrared detecting devices, more and more strict requirements are put forward to the quality of the surface of InSb wafers. However, various impurities are inevitably introduced in the wafer production process. A method for cleaning InSb wafers is studied. In the method, the Megasonic and ultrasonic techniques are combined with the deionized water. After cleaning, the particles and organic matter on the wafer surface and the surface roughness are measured. The experimental result shows that this method can remove the particles, organic matter and metal ion impurities on the surface of InSb wafers effectively. But it can also increase the surface roughness of InSb wafers slightly.
