Abstract:本文提出了一种64×4扫描型红外焦平面读出电路.电路采用0.5 μm标准CMOS工艺.工作电压为5V.本设计在列读出级采用了降低寄生电容影响的设计,以降低电路输出相对无寄生电容设计输出值的偏差,提高各通道的一致性.在对具有4级TDI、微扫描步长为探测器中心间距1/3的读出电路列暂存级进行的仿真中,相对于改进前的普通电路结构,本文提出的新型电路结构与设计理想值之间的偏差降为原来的10%.

Abstract:A multi-functional semiconductor photoelectric property test circuit is designed. With the aid of an infrared spectrometer, it can be used to test the photocurrent in the corresponding waveband. Because an AC signal generator module is added in this circuit, it can also be used to test the modulated reflective spectrum of the weak electric field in semiconductor. So, it is of great value to application. Besides a low noise and highly stable electric test condition can be provided for the semiconductor samples, a user-friendly interface which can be used to control and monitor the test condition in real time is provided. The hardware structure of each module of this design is presented and two main chips and their interface circuits for single-chip processors are described in detail.

Abstract:A trap optical detector has the advantages of enhancing a response signal and reducing the reflectance of the measured signal. So, it has found more applications over the past 20 years. In this paper, the theoretical consideration of the polarization removement in this frame design is explained and then the design steps of an InGaAs photoelectric detector frame which are also useful for a silicon photoelectric detector are presented in detail. Abstract:The principle of laser beam expasion is presented and the expanding rule of a Guass beam through a telescope system is explained. After the characteristics of several different laser beam expanding telescope systems are analyzed, the Cassegrain system is selected to meet the design requirement of an intensive pulsed laser transmitter system. The design result has shown that this optical design can not only meet the requirement of collimation, but also has a tunability for the beam width at a certain distance.

Abstract:An algorithm for recognizing and tracking the important parts of an aircraft is proposed according to the fact that the shape of an aircraft can be recognized under the complicated weather condition. The algorithm is based on the geometrical features of an aircraft and the mathematical morphology. It can recognize the important parts of an aircraft easyly, quickly and effectively, acquire the tracking template in images automatically and implement stable tracking of the important parts of the aircraft through a correlated match algorithm. The particular use steps of the algorithm are given. The experiment result has shown that this algorithm is effective.

Abstract:GPS伪卫星是模拟GPS卫星信号的地面发射设备.其终端接收设备的射频前端将天线接收到的伪卫星信号变换为中频信号,再经模拟数字转换,便可得捕获的原始信号.采用专用集成电路设计的GPS接收机极大地限制了用户对原始信号的性能分析和新算法的开发,而基于FPGA DSP架构的设计能提高研究的自由度.本文先对GPS伪卫星信号的形成和接收机的结构作扼要介绍,再对伪卫星信号的搜索算法和捕获性能做分析,并通过频域FFT实现仿真.结论表明,通过仿真技术能有效地复现出了捕获的GPS伪卫星信号.

Abstract:本文基于正交投影的正交校正算法(OSC),建立了聚氯乙稀近红外光谱与其K值之间关系的数学模型,提出了用近红外漫反射光谱技术快速检测聚氯乙稀K值的新方法.研究结果表明,原始光谱经正交信号校正处理后,聚氯乙稀K值化学测定值与近红外预测值的相关系数和标准差为R=0.9825、RMSEP=0.5933,预测结果的相对误差在0.5%以内,且正交信号校正算法能取得比单纯使用偏最小二乘回归更好的预测效果,模型更为简单.为用近红外光谱快速测定聚氯乙稀的K值提供了一条新途径.
