Abstract:本文介绍了一种可实现单色器镜箱空间位置调节的具有六个自由度的点槽面机构,并阐述了它的运动学原理.实际应用表明,此种新型精密可调点槽面机构能够满足同步辐射双晶单色器镜箱的调节要求,也可推广应用于其它需全方位控制调节的仪器和设备.该机构已被授予中国发明专利(专利号:ZL021317176.8).

Abstract:本文提出了一种大规模面阵型红外读出电路列读出级的低功耗设计.当读出频率为4MHz时,通过采用输出总线预置技术和stand-by低功耗策略,与主从两级放大的列读出级相比,功耗从8.16mW降低到了0.8mW,节省了大约90%的功耗.在输出总线预置的结构中,ROIC一共有四条输出总线,轮流驱动输出缓冲器进行读出.当一个输出总线被读出时,其他三条总线上的数据则在准备之中.当列选择信号到来时,输出总线上不再有大信号SR过程,而只有小信号的重新建立过程.因此在同等建立时间的条件下,可以减小CSA的带宽和功耗.

Abstract:As double-sided mirror multi-element scanning systems are now widely used in the spaceborne instruments, the preprocessing of the corresponding remote sensing images is becoming more and more important. In this paper, a geometric correction method for the original remote sensing image data obtained by a double-sided mirror multi-element scanning system is proposed. The image quality before and after correction is compared. The result has shown that this correction method can be used to effectively improve the geometric quality of the images ar.d has good correction effectiveness.

Abstract:高斯光束发散角的测量有很多种方法,但对很小的发散角,如20μrad的发散角,一般都不易测量.为了测量这样小的角度,这里采用倒置的激光准直望远镜,对待测发散角先进行放大,然后测量.同时,分析了倒置激光准直望远镜的定位误差对发散角的放大率的影响,得出了用倒置激光准直望远镜测量微小高斯光束发散角的可行性结论.

Abstract:In this paper, the conditions required separately for the infrared stealth and radar stealth are analyzed in view of the materials. The critical technology of infrared and radar compound stealth is indicated. That is, when using multilayer paint, the radar wave should be allowed to penetrate smoothly into the radar stealth layer while the low emissivity requirement of the infrared stealth layer is satisfied. Finally, the possibility for using doped semiconductor and nanometer material to achieve infrared and radar compound stealth is presented.

Abstract:Several methods for measuring Raman gain coefficient in optical fibers, such as on-off method, pulse-scan technique and single light source measurement method, are presented in detail in the aspects of operation principle and experiment equipment. Their advantages, disadvantages and applications are analyzed respectively in the aspects of pump power, Raman frequency shift and the complexity of experiment equipment. Thus, reference is provided for the selection of proper measurement methods in the future.

Abstract:本文介绍多光谱红外传感器的建模.美国陆军的夜视与电子传感器管理局目前所用的红外传感器模型,即NVTherm,只模拟单光谱传感器.为了模拟第三代多光谱红外传感器,目前的NVTherm模型正在更新.本文介绍了一种用来模拟目标及其背景辐射率的简单模型,并报导了对一些常见材料的模拟结果.本文推荐的目标辐射率模型支持波段选择研究.大气的光谱传播模拟是用MODTRAN完成的.本文对样品的辐射率进行了计算并与采集到的数据进行了比较.这些数据支持舍弃设该模型无效的虚假设.
