Abstract:During the design and fabrication of semiconductor devices, if the numerical simulation is used to optimize the performance parameters of the designed devices; the test period and fabrication cost of the devices will be reduced remarkably. In this paper~ the models and methodologies for simulating new nano-scale MOSFETs are described in brief. The current status of the research on the simulation of next generation MOSFETs at home and abroad is presented in detail and its trend is given.

Abstract:TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers were prepared on glass substrates with magnetron sputtering. The thickness and refractive index of the thin films were measured by an ellipsometer. The blackbody radiation experiment shows that the TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers have good infrared absorption within the wavelength range of 800nm - 1400nm, and the absorption coefficient increases as the temperature rises. The infrared spectroscopy shows that the TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers have good infrared absorption within the wavenumber range of 2300cm^-1 , 2900cm^-1.

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the response nonuniformity of infrared focal plane array (IRFPL) detectors on the sensitivity of imaging systems and the influence of the nonlinear response of the integration time of a single detection element on imaging quality are analyzed. An algorithm for correcting the response nonuniformity of infrared focal plane array detectors is proposed. The algorithm is based on the combination of scene movement scanning mean value adjustment with integration time adjusment. It can not only allow the system to obtain the response with good uniformity, but also allow the response to avoid the influence caused by the changing of integration time. So, it has further widened the practical application area of the infrared focal plane array detectors.

Abstract:An embedded infrared target processing system based on Automatic-Target-Recognition (ATR) technology is studied. It can be used to implement the automatic recognition and tracking of the dynamic infrared target. According to the requirements in function, an embedded processing system which includes an infrared signal collection processing module, an automatic target recognition and tracking module and an embedded control module is desinged. The system can process the dynamic target at high speed in real time and has a user-frendly interface. It is of active significance to the increase of target recogniton speed and the miniaturization of the system. The specific implementation of the software and hardware for each functional module of the system is presented emphatically.

Abstract:Wavelet image denoising has become an important method for image denoising. In this paper, the basic principle of wavelet threshold denoising and the application of the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm to infrared noisy images are presented. Experimental results have shown that the algarithm is better than the traditional methods. It can effetively reduce the noise in images and can be used for the further analysis and processing of infrared images.

Abstract:In this paper, the principle and features of Infrared imaging guided missiles are firstly presented. Then, a method for using infrared flare smoke grenade to counter infrared imaging guided missiles is proposed according to the defects of the missiles. Finally, a corresponding model is established. This model has provided a new idea and theory for early warning aircrafts to counter infrared imaging guided missiles.

Abstract:The rapid prototyping and Sterelithgraphy Apparatus (SLA) are presented in brief. Through the description of the principle of a quantum well, the InGaN-based multi-quantum well laser and its advantages as the laser source for SLA are further discussed. Abstract:The qualitative and quantitative determination of antioxidant 1010 in polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) by the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) is presented. The FTIR spectrograms of antioxidant 1010, PE and PP are analyzed, the characteristic absorption peak of antioxidant 1010 is determined at the wavenumber of 1746-1 and the influence of the PE and PP test parts containing a given quantity of antioxidant 1010 on the measured spectrograms and curves is analyzed in detail. According to the standard curves of the antioxidant 1010, the content of the antioxidant 1010 bear a good linear relationship with the absorption strength of its characteristic peak. Their correlation coefficient is greater than 0.98 and the antioxidant 1010 has a recycle quotiety of 90.0% at least. This research work is useful to the determination of the qualitative and quantitative determination of antioxidant 1010 in polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) and is of great significance to the analysis of the effect and modification of antioxidant 1010 in PE.
