Abstract:This paper presents a novel detection method of small moving target.The method combines the information in frames with optical flow.It is composed of three steps:preprocessing,temporal differencing and Lucas-Kanade optical flow based on pyramid construction.The experimental results have shown that the algorithm works well for small moving target detection in real image sequences.

Abstract:The structural perfection is very crucial for the applications of Cd1-xZnxTe alloys with excellent photosensitivity and electrical properties. In this paper, the first-principle studies of the electronic structures of Cdl-xZnxTe are presented in brief. The obtained information is very useful to support the available experimental results so that it can provide the theoretical guide for the crystal growth and the design of optoelectronic devices.

Abstract:Emissivity is very important in the data processing of a multispectral thermometer, but it is very difficult to be obtained because of the influence of various factors. In this paper, an emissivity model based on wavelet network is established by combining the wavelet network with the multispectral theory. The simulation result of the method is in good agreement with the hypothesis. The test result has shown that this method is a good method for obtaining the emissivity of objects.

Abstract:According to the principle of the wavelet transform for removing noise in images and the glimmer-and-granule characteristics of low light level (LLL) images,the methods for choosing wavelet and decomposing levels when the wavelet transform is used to remove the noise in LLL images are analyzed. A conclusion that the noise removing requirement of LLL images can be met by using Haar wavelet and decomposing one level is reached.To choose the coefficient threshold for removing noise by wavelet transform,three histograms of wavelet coefficients are analyzed and the algorithm for threshold choosing is designed.On the basis of the designed algorithm and the characteristics of LLL images,an experiential threshold for removing noise is obtained.Through the simulation experiment and the time analysis of algorithm complexity,the trade-off between the real-time ability and the effectiveness of removing noise in LLL images is attained.
