Abstract:An algorithm for atmospheric correction on simulating infrared images is proposed. On the basis of airborne thermal infrared images, the infrared images obtained at different heights are simulated with the help of MODTRAN. Simulating experiments have been performed in four different atmosphere modes.

Abstract:A ROIC design for a uncooled IRFPA that containing a Capacitor Feedback Transimpedance Amplifier (CTIA) and a Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) structure is put forward.A test bench is established to test,process and analyze the data of the ROIC of the small scale IRFPA fabricated by our laboratory.The bench is consisted of 4 modules:the module of infrared source and IRFPA,the module of control, the module of ROIC driver and the module for amplifying, acquiring and processing signals. It is found that all experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical values.

Abstract:Reflecting the flourishing development of terahertz theoretical research in the past decade, the domain of terahertz applications is extending rapidly. This paper briefly summarizes the current techniques used to generate and detect terahertz wave. Recent development and latest effort of terahertz technology in object imaging, environment inspecting, military and communication, medicine and biology and other applications are mainly presented.

Abstract:The HgCdTe Photovoltaic Detector's I-V characteristics and the mechanism of dark current is presented in this paper.The effect of thermal processes like post-implantation annealing,post-passivation baking and post-bonding annealing on the performance of HgCdTe photovoltaic detectors is discussed.

Abstract:The sources of stray light in space optical systems and the effect of stray light on infrared optical systems are presented. The physical models for analyzing stray light are constructed. Mento- Carlo method and light tracing method for computing stray light are introduced. Concrete prototypes for stray lights analyzing and computing are given. According to this paper, we have a basic knowledge of computing stray lights with stray light software.
