    Abstract:

As double-sided mirror multi-element scanning systems are now widely used in the spaceborne instruments, the preprocessing of the corresponding remote sensing images is becoming more and more important. In this paper, a geometric correction method for the original remote sensing image data obtained by a double-sided mirror multi-element scanning system is proposed. The image quality before and after correction is compared. The result has shown that this correction method can be used to effectively improve the geometric quality of the images ar.d has good correction effectiveness.
