    摘要:

    简要介绍了红外焦平面阵列的原理、分类及特点。从制冷型与非制冷型两方面,并按照材料和技术参数的主线,分析了红外焦平面阵列的发展现状,列举了各型红外焦平面探测器产品及其技术特点,预测了红外焦平面阵列的发展趋势。最后归纳总结了红外成像技术在环境探测、成像侦察、导弹预警等航天遥感领域的应用,并对其前景进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    The principle, classification and characteristics of infrared focal plane array are briefly introduced in this paper. From the two aspects of cooled and uncooled, and according to the mainline of materials and technical parameters, the development status of IRFPA is analyzed, the products and technical characteristics of various types of IRFPA are listed, and its development trend is predicted. Finally, the applications of infrared imaging technology in space remote sensing fields such as environmental detection, imaging reconnaissance and missile warning are summarized, and its application prospect is forecasted.
