    摘要:

    本文介绍了热敏电阻红外探测器视场的测量方法、测量系统硬件的组成原理和软件的设计方法以及自动化测量的算法.不同入射角的平行光经由透镜汇聚在探测器敏感元的不同位置上,得到相应强度的信号,经过测量系统的选频放大、数据采集和数据处理,得到信号强度的包络曲面和接近于理想设计值的视场曲线,从而能够对探测器敏感元的质量进行研判,并对光机轴不重合导致的误差进行校正.

    Abstract:

    In this paper, a method for measuring the field of view of an infrared thermistor sensor, the principle of hardware, the software design method and the algorithm for auto-mearsurement are presented. The parallel light from different incoming angles is focused at different points of the sensitive element by a lens. The signals of corresponding intensity are obtained. Through frequency selection, amplification, data acquisition and data processing by the measurement system, the envelope curved surface of signal intensity and the curve of the field of view close to the ideal theoretical design value are obtained. Thus, the quality of the sensor can be evaluated and the errors caused by the deviation between the boresight of the lens and the mechanical axes of the sensor can be corrected.
