    作者通过采用球磨方法分离并提纯出棉秆全秆木素和棉秆秆芯木素。本文还对棉秆硫酸盐法蒸煮黑液和烧碱蒽醌法蒸煮黑液的碱木素进行了分离提纯,并用红外光谱对上述分离出的木素进行了初步分析。从分析结果中可以看出,棉秆秆皮和秆芯木素结构不同,在秆皮中存在较多的对羟苯基结构和紫丁香基结构单元,而秆芯中以愈疮木基结构单元为主;棉秆木素中和蒸煮黑液碱木素中均存在C=O共轭键,而秆皮中的C=O共轭键比秆芯中的C=O共轭键更多。棉秆秆皮中的对羟苯基结构单元在蒸煮中更多地脱出,烧碱蒽醌法和硫酸盐法基本相同;硫酸盐法蒸煮能更多地脱出

    Abstract:

    A ball mill is used to separate the lignins of cotton stalk and these lignin are purified. Alkali lignin of KP and soda-AQ are separated and purified simultaneously. All of these lignins are analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy. The results have indicated that the lignin in cotton stalk bark differs from the lignin in cotton stalk core; there are more parahydroxy phenylpropane and syringyl unit in cotton stalk bark and there are more guaiacyl unit in cotton stalk core; all of lignins have conjugated C=O and there is more conjugated C=O in cotton stalk bark than that in cotton stalk core. More parahydroxy phenylpropane in cotton stalk bark is delignified during cooking. This KP cooking is similar to soda-AQ cooking. More guaiacyl unit can be delignified during KP cooking than during soda-AQ cooking. There is alkyl hydrocarbon in sidepiece chain of all kinds of lignins.
