红外生命探测仪中光学系统的设计

中文摘要:为了使光学系统有更大的探测范围,提出一种应用于红外生命探测仪的新型双视场红外光学探测系统。要求系统有宽的视场角,采用变焦距光学系统设计,利用轴向移动变焦方式使透镜组实现变倍,并实现温度补偿,简化了机电系统结构.该系统的工作波段为8-14μm,焦距为35-140mm,变倍比为3倍。选择锗(Ge)和硒化锌(ZnSe)作为透镜材料,F数≥1.1,满足100%冷光阑效率,在空间频率15lp/mm处光学传递函数值大于0.5。对光学系统的工作温度范围做出了限定,设定了变倍透镜组的参数,利用OSLO光学设计软件进行了像质补偿分析,基本满足成像的要求。

Design of optical system for IR life detection
Abstract:In order to increase the survey range,a novel dual field of infrared optical survey system for the infrared life detection is purposed. the optical system must have a wide view field angle.The optical system with focusing mechanism is designed and the lens group along the optical axis is based on the axial motion,as well the temperature is compensated.The optical system makes mechanism and electron simplified.The operating waveband of system is 8-14μm, and effective focal length is 35-140mm,,and zoom ratio is 3?.Ge and ZnSe are choosed as the lens material, The F number more than 1.1,which can obtain the cold shield efficiency of 100%and the MTF more than 0.5 at the spatial frequency of 15lp/mm. The temperature range of optical system is defined.The parameter of the lens group is designed,and the optical system image quality is evaluated with the OSLO LT optical design software.
