中文摘要:激光雷达可高精度、高准确度地获取目标的距离、速度等信息或者实现目标成像,在智慧家庭室内成像、智能交通、卫星测绘、导航等领域具有重要作用。首先介绍了激光雷达的基本原理、主流技术方案和研究必要性;其次针对激光雷达全固态的应用发展需求,介绍了国际机械扫描激光雷达、光学相控阵激光雷达、面阵闪光激光雷达的国内外发展技术趋势,阐述了我国激光雷达技术产品和商业发展现状;最后总结了目前激光雷达存在的问题及不同的解决方案,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Development on solid-state lidar detector techonolgy
Abstract:Lidar can acquire the distance, speed and other information of the target with high precision and accuracy or realize the target imaging. It plays an important role in the fields of intelligent home indoor imaging, intelligent transportation, satellite mapping, navigation and so on. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic principle, mainstream technical scheme and research necessity of lidar; secondly, according to the application and development demand of all solid-state lidar, it introduces the development trend of international mechanical scanning lidar, optical phased array lidar and area array flash lidar at home and abroad, and expounds the technical products and commercial development status of lidar in China; finally, the problems and solutions of lidar are summarized, and the future development trend is prospected.
