Abstract:Filters achieve precise spectral modulation in optical systems by selectively transmitting or blocking light of specific wavelengths. With the advancement of high-end optical equipment towards higher precision, miniaturization, lightweight design, and high integration, integrated filter technologies have rapidly developed and gained widespread application. This paper systematically introduces the development history of integrated filter technologies, summarizes the types and technical solutions of integrated filters, analyzes the technical challenges faced by integrated filters, and looks forward to future development trends.
