中文摘要:研究了用于皮肤癌辅助诊断的圆锥形毫米波介电探针。该探针在35GHz下工作,由金属圆形波导和锥形PTFE介电探针组成,基于该介电探针检测到皮肤组织癌变处与正常组织的S11参数存在显著差异。基于pennes传热方程建立皮肤传热模型,研究输入功率、辐照时间以及血液灌注对皮肤的温度分布影响。在输入功率低于300mW的毫米波辐照下持续10min,探针周围皮肤的温度始终处于40°C以下的安全范围,输入功率300mW-900mW之间时,探针周围温度会超过人体皮肤疼痛阈值。根据Arrhenius损伤模型,当输入功率900mW探针周围半径6.5mm的肿瘤组织完全不可逆损伤。

Research on skin cancer detection technology based on millimeter wave
Abstract:A conical millimeter wave dielectric probe for the auxiliary diagnosis of skin cancer was studied. The probe operates at 35 GHz and consists of a metal circular waveguide and a tapered PTFE dielectric probe. There is a significant difference in S11 parameters between healthy skin tissue and malignant skin tissue. Based on the Pennes heat transfer equation, a skin heat transfer model was established to study the effects of millimeter wave input power、irradiation time and blood perfusion on skin temperature. When the skin is continuously irradiated for 10 minutes at a millimeter wave with an input power of less than 300 mW, the skin temperature around the probe is always below 40 ℃ at a safe temperature range. When the input power is between 300mW and 600mW, the temperature around the probe will exceed the skin pain threshold temperature, According to the Arrhenius injury model. When the input power is 900mW, the tumor tissue with a radius of 6.5mm around the probe is completely irreversible damage.
