拼接光栅型宽波段高分辨率空间外差拉曼光谱仪器对背向散射拉曼光谱的探测

中文摘要:空间外差拉曼光谱仪是一种新型的静态傅里叶变换光谱仪,具有高分辨、无运动元件和可视场展宽等优点,特别适合拉曼光谱的探测。但是在探测器水平像元目数一定条件下,传统的空间外差拉曼光谱仪的分辨率和探测光谱范围是一种相互制约的关系:分辨率越高,光谱范围越窄;光谱范围越宽,分辨率越低。为了满足微弱背向拉曼光谱信号的高分辨率、宽波段探测,设计并搭建了一台光栅拼接型的宽波段高分辨率空间外差拉曼光谱仪实验平台,对仪器的视场展宽,进行了光谱定标,完成了对拉曼样品的宽波段背向散射拉曼探测。该系统的实际光谱分辨率为3.37 cm-1,总的光谱探测范围为5841 cm-1,实验结果证实该技术对于高通量、宽波段、高分辨的拉曼光谱测量展现出具有极好的应用潜能

BackRaman measurements using a broadband and high-resolution mosaic grating spatial heterodyne Raman spectrometer
Abstract:Spatial heterodyne Raman spectrometer (SHRS) is a new type of static Fourier transform spectrometer, the SHRS has offers multiplex advantages, including high resolution, in a compact, rugged package without moving parts and field widening. The combination of these characteristics makes the SHRS highly suitable for Raman measurements. In a traditional SHRS system, there is the inverse relationship between the bandpass and the spectral resolution,a higher spectral resolution yielding a decrease in the spectral bandpass or vice versa. In the measurements of weak Raman signal, it is necessary for the Raman spectrometer to meet the requirements of wide field of view, high resolution and broadband coverage. In this paper, a field-widened mosaic grating SHRS breadboard is built and described, the calibration procedure is performed, and some broadband backscattering Raman experimental results are given and discussed. It demonstrates that the proposed SHRS technique has good performance for high throughput, high-resolution and broadband backscattering Raman measurements
