角度调谐短波红外光谱组件光谱分辨率特性研究

中文摘要:介绍了一种工作于1355nm-1555nm的新型多通道短波红外光谱组件,并以理论和实验相结合的方式定量研究了入射角度对光谱组件各通道中心波长的影响。实验结果表明,在0-10°斜入射条件下光谱组件各通道中心波长呈现不同程度的短波方向偏移现象,偏移程度与入射角度呈正相关。分别绘制出理论和实验中心波长偏移曲线,实验发现在入射角为5°和10°时中心波长平均偏移幅度约为5.7nm和18.67nm。此外,参照实验得出的角度偏移曲线对两次不同入射角度条件下的光谱进行插值整合,成功的将光谱组件分辨率从7.5nm提高到3nm;在此实验基础上提出了通过改变入射角度发展一种多通道角度调谐光谱组件,进而利用此方法提高光谱组件的测试分辨率。本结论对后续设计光谱组件入射光学系统和提高光谱组件测试分辨率具有一定指导意义。

Research on spectral resolution of angle-tuned short wave infrared multichannel integrated spectrum assembly(MISA)
Abstract:A novel short infrared multichannel integrated spectrum assembly (MISA) worked in the range of 1355 nm-1555 nm was reported. The effects of incident angle on each channel central wavelength and resolution of MISA were studied by combining theories and experiments. Experimental results show that the central wavelength of MISA will shift to short wavelength direction at different levels, for the oblique incident angle of 0-10 degrees, and the offset value is related to incident angle. The theoretical and experimental offset curves were drawn, and the mean offset of central wavelength and 5° and 10° incident angle were 5.7 nm and 18.67 nm, respectively. Besides, taking the angular offset curves as reference, the resolution of MISA was successfully improved from 7.5 nm to 3 nm, by interpolating two wavelengths of different incident angles. Based on the study, we presented to develop a multichannel angle tunable spectrum assembly by changing the incident angle, which can largely improve the testing resolution of MISA. The whole results will have certain significance for the design of incidence optical system of MISA and improving the testing resolution of MISA.
