Progress in Hybrid Uncooled Pyroelectric IR FPA was introduced. Not only the electric and physical characteristics of the materials that are used in the FPA,but also its heat isolation structure and ROIC technology were discussed in datail.The key factor of the FPA's performance was analyzed.At last,the experimental result and some methods were discussed and analyzed.
