报道了Ｈｇ０．６Ｃｄ０．４Ｔｅ红外光电导谱，在本征吸收边的低能侧观察到束缚激子引起的分立光电导响应
Abstract:
Photoconductivity (PC) spectra of Hg 0.6 Cd 0.4 Te were reported. Discrete PC structures of bound excitons at the low energy side of absorption edge were observed for the first time.
