Abstract:红外弱小目标的分割与检测是地空导弹和航空导弹的关键技术。本文研究基于小波变换和目标运动特性的红外弱小目标的检测。在目标运动特性方面,主要采用了“与”管道进行目标的检测。大量试验表明,该算法具有很好的检测鲁棒性,且能够实时检测出红外图像中的弱小目标。

Abstract:For the problem of image enhancement, an improved nonlinear extrapolation method in frequency space is proposed. By using the high frequency emphasis filtering instead of the high pass filtering, the image enhancement effectiveness is obviously improved. The experiment results have shown that the improved method can effectively strengthen the high frequency component in an image and the enhanced image has a better visual quality.

Abstract:In an infrared detection infrared guidance system, the atmosphere attenuation has an significant influence on To further understand this influence, the atmosphere attenuation function of each component in atmosphere is analyzed and discussed completely in theory. H2O, CO2 and aerosol are the main components which can result in attenuation. These components are also the changeful components in atmosphere. Meanwhile, their distribution rules are analyzed.

Abstract:According to the features of an infrared image against the ocean and sky background, a new target-to-background contrast enhancement method which is robust to noise is designed. Then, on the basis of this method, an adaptive target extraction method based on the normal distribution of the local energy of a target is proposed. The experiment results have shown that this algorithm is accurate and highly practical when it is used to extract the spot targets in a single frame.

Abstract:The infrared images of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)are analyzed according to the char- acteristics of infrared images.A preprocessing method based on background suppression is proposed. The contrast tracking algorithm and the correlative tracking algorithm usually used for infrared image guidance under different combat environment and requests are summarized.Finally,the applications and tracking effectiveness of these two algorithms are compared.

Abstract:A small moving target detection method based on the eight close area judgement is proposed according to the signatures of the small moving targets in air infrared images. Because the small target is moving continuously, the method first compares the positions of the small target in two sequential images and then determines the motion direction of the small target by means of the eight close area judgement algorithm and hence differentiate the small target from the yawp. The experiment results have shown that this technique is simple in structure and fast in operation. It is a method which has good detection performance and can be easily implemented in engineering.

Abstract:A grating projection imaging method is often used in non-contact shape and deformation measurement.By using moire topography,the equal-height or equal-displacement contour images of an object can be obtained in real time.However,more errors would be generated when the three dimensional (3-D)contour images of an object moving at a high speed are measured, because the phase-shifting moire method should capture several deformation grating images which have been phase-shifted.After a Digital Micro-mirror Device(DMD)is incorporated,the phase-shifting scanning moire method can obtain an equal-height or equal-displacement contour image within a frame time,and hence effectively reduce the imaging error of the 3-D contour of the object which is moving at high speed.

Abstract:A TDI-CCD device is a new photoelectric sensor which has been developed in recent years. Compared with the common linear CCD sensor, the TDI-CCD has higher responsivity and sensitivity. The infrared focal plane detector based on a TDI-CCD has the features of high sensitivity and high resolution. It can operate at a lower illumination condition and will have a wide application area. In this paper, the operation principle and imaging features of the infrared focal plane detector based on a TDI-CCD is presented in detail and its structure, image clock, charge package transfer efficiency and synchronous control are discussed.

Abstract:In recent years, because of the particle-sieving effect of mesoporous silica, more interests have been shown in the utilization of the pores of mesoporous materials as nanoreactors so as to synthesize monodispersive nanocrystals with a uniform size. In this paper, the current research on the basic concept, synthesis method and mechanism of impregnating silica and the impregnation semiconductors inside the mesoporous channels are presented. Finally, the research trend is shown.

Abstract:In this paper, the design background of the scanning imaging radiometer for FY 4 geostationary satellite is presented. The research idea and some related knowledge of solar intrusion are mainly described in terms of calorifics, optics and spherical astronomy. To make preparation for the future research work, a preliminary coordinate translation formula is deduced according to a Julian Day astronomical calculation system.
