Abstract:Wave-absorbing materials are the key materials for stealth techniques. Because the nanometer materials have the special quantum-sized effect and tunneling effect which can result in excellent electromagnetic wave-absorbing performance, more and more attention has been paid to them in the world. In this paper, the operation principle of the wave-absorbing material is explained, the physical essence of the nanometer wave-absorbing material is presented and the current status of the research on the nanometer coating wave-absorbing material and nanometer structural wave-absorbing material is described. Finally, the development trend of the nanometer wave-absorbing material is given.

Abstract:After analyzing the irradiance received at the lens of an infrared thermal imager, the formula for the detetion distance from an infrared thermal imager to an extended target is derived according to the theory of infrared radiation. Various factors which have influence on the detection distance from the infrared thermal imager to an extended target are discussed and a model for error calculation is given.

Abstract:According to the principle of the infrared photometry for measuring oil content, an automatic infrared oil content analyzer based on the three wavelength nondispersive infrared photometry is designed. The instrument can achieve the full automatization of the oil measurement process, such as automatic oil feeding, oil stirring, oil extraction, oil measurement, oil ejection, data printing and storing. In addition, the instrument can continuously measure 6 samples without man-made intervention.

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of an infrared scene model, a frame detection method which uses the adaptive threshold filtering to restrain background and uses the adaptive threshold segmentation to segment targets is proposed against the signatures of the small weak infrared moving targets in air infrared images. The small weak targets are detected by using an eight close area judgement method in the sequence of infrared images. The experimental results have shown that this technique can effectively improve the ratio of signal to noise in images and thus effectively segment and quickly detect small targets.

Abstract:The organic matter and nitrogen concentration of the soil in Changli area of Qin Huangdao were analyzed by the Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIR).In the preprocessing of the data,the first and second derivatives were used respectively and then the multivariate linear regression was used to confirm the optimal dimension.In data processing,the wavelet analysis was used for the differential spectral data,so the noise was reduced and the precision of analysis was improved.The result has shown that the NIR method is more correlated with the chemical analysis method.

Abstract:本文对p-GaN/Au的接触电阻率进行了研究.用沸腾的王水处理p-GaN表面后,p-GaN/Au可直接形成电阻率为0.045Ω·cm~2的欧姆接触.接触电阻率测试和I-V特性曲线测试表明,在N_2气氛围中退火可影响p-GaN/Au接触电阻率的大小.在700℃温度下退火5min后,接触电阻率最小,其值为0.034Ω·cm~2,而在900℃温度下退火5min后,I-V特性曲线是非线性的。分析表明,在700℃温度下退火后,p-GaN/Au的界面间的反应使接触面增大,而在900℃温度下退火后,p-GaN表面的N会

Abstract:With the development of space optics, more and more attention is paid to the lightweighting of the optical elements used in space optical systems. Although a membrane mirror has a light weight, its surface is easily deformed due to certain mechanical and thermodynamic factors. Therefore, such a feature can be used to adjust its surface shape so as to meet the required surface precision. If this technology is properly used, it will become one of the implementation strategies of modern optics. The development background, make-up and key techniques of the membrane mirror with an active rigid support are presented in this paper.

Abstract:一种由光电阴极和多元雪崩二极管构成的混成光电探测器在几年前已研制出来。先前的研究表明,通过减少多元雪崩二极管入口处耗尽层中电荷损耗的波动,这种器件在高分辨率光子计数方面的潜能可望得到进一步增强。本文报导新研制的混成光电探测器,其封装的多元雪崩二极管具有更薄的耗尽层。实验证明,新的混成光电探测器具有高得多的能量分辨率,它能更清楚地计数至9个光电子。本文还讨论了如何提高混成光电探测器的光电阴极的灵敏度。
