Abstract:It is of great meaning to research the ballistic target recognition technique. After a brief introduction to the D-S evidential theory, the early-warning principium of the DSP system and the operation mechanism of its detectors are presented in this paper. Then, a new method based on the ameliorated D S evidential theory for recognizing a ballistic target is proposed.

Abstract:The features of digital fire protection systems are analyzed. To fit the special requirements of digital fire protection systems, the image coding and infrared video coding are mainly provided for a spot fire protection system. According to the Top-down principle, a network model based on the ISO standard is established and its primary top level data flow is given. Both the active and passive communication modes are designed to overcome the limitation by the bad environment. The CPLDTDSP hardware framework and software framework are also discussed.

Abstract:An infrared image processing system based on the high performance TI DSP TMS320C6416 is presented. The system uses the DSP as its core processor and uses a single chip computer to unify the scheduling and implement the functions of infrared video catching, image enhancement and video output. It has the features of high adaptability and high practicability and will have wide apphcations in the future.

Abstract:In this paper,the status of the technology,development trend and basic properties of the InGaAs infrared focal plane arrays (FPAs) at home and abroad are presented.The structures and principles of several InGaAs FPAs are described.The infrared InGaAs FPAs are now being applied to civilian,military and space remote sensing applications broadly.At present,it is important to pay attention to the research and development of InGaAs FPAs.

Abstract:This paper describes a method for detecting the interface in foamed dreg images based on the digital processing technique. First, the video signals obtained by a CCD camera are converted into digital image signals by an image acquisition card. Then, the contour lines of the foamed dregs are produced through the image processing by a computer. The experimental results have shown that the method is feasible in principle and is of significance for the on-line detection of foamed dreg height.

Abstract:In this paper, an algorithm for adaptively selecting suitable image block and filter sizes according to the real width of the fingerprint in an image is proposed. The problems that the direction information is incorrect due to the unsuitable image block size, the broken lines could not be connected or the connection of the endpoint with its neighboring fingerprint line are filtered mistakenly into bifurcation due to the unsuitable filter, in the existing directional filter methods, are solved. The validity of the algorithm has been shown in a lot of experiments.

Abstract:The measurement of Young's Elastic Modulus is an important experiment among the physics experiments at university.The Young's Elastic Modulus is an important physical quantity for measuring the anti-deformation ability of solid materials,one of the considerations for selecting mechanical part materials and also a common parameter in engineering technologies.In tradition,the Young's Elastic Modulus is often measured by the mirror and scale method which has a relative error of 5%.In this paper, a new method for measuring Young's Elastic Modulus is presented.The method directs a laser beam to the mirror face of an optical lever and then uses a linear sold-state CCD image sensor to automatically receive the deflection direction of the laser beam instead of obtaining the data from telescope readings by the eye.Thus,the automation of the procedure is achieved and the effects due to the artificial factors in measurement is eliminated.The method has a relative error of 0.88%.It can be directly used to measure the Young's Elastic Modulus of some materials and can be used to turn the traditional physics experiment into a significant test which integrates design with research.

Abstract:BIRD微型卫星的主有效载荷是新研制的过热点辨别系统。这是一种基于致冷型碲镉汞线列探测器的中红外和热红外双通道成像仪器。通过把探测器与制冷机集成在一起来使仪器达到微型化,这是一种非常有效的设计。BIRD微型卫星的重量为92kg,其中有效载荷占30%。自2001年10月发射以来,该卫星一直处于全运行状态。除了其它事情之外,BIRD卫星已探测到澳大利亚的林火、智利的火山和中国的正在燃烧的煤矿,并能测定它们的范围、温度和释放的能量。由于该卫星有效载荷的目前状况令人满意,它有可能被用来执行新的任务。

Abstract:美国斯蒂尼斯空间中心目前正在为一台可见光近红外(400nm-900nm)多光谱遥感成像系统研制一种可调谐带宽的滤光系统。这种可调谐带宽的滤光系统能够在较宽的波长范围内快速调谐通带,而且具有较高的透射效率。它是通过将两对宽带喇曼反射全息滤光片同两个旋转球面透镜集成在一起的方式构成的。
