Abstract:利用磁控溅射在玻璃衬底上制备了具有良好的光谱选择性透过率的TiO2/Ag/TiO2纳米多层膜.通过用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、UV-VIS-NIR分光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪对样品进行表征,优化了薄膜的制备工艺,研究了多层膜的光学特性.结果表明,当Ag膜的厚度为12nm时,多层膜具有高的可见光透过率和优良的导电性能.样品在555nm波长处的透过率最高达93.5%,红外波段平均反射率为90%左右,8μm~14μm波段红外发射率ε<0.2.Ag层厚度的增加使可见光高透过率波段变窄,透过率下降.内层及外层Ti

Abstract:The development history of Er/Yb codoped phosphate waveguide laser is introduced. The energy level configuration, laser mechanism and influence factors of Er3+ and Yb3+ are presented, as well as phosphate glass's characteristics. Recent research progress, fabrication method, physical configuration and operating performance of Er/Yb codoped phosphate waveguide laser array are illustrated in detail, in addition to the waveguide laser array's superiorities to the Distributed Feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser in optical fiber communication. The application value of the waveguide laser array in the future wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system is indicated.

Abstract:As one of the transmission media for short range indoor wireless data communications, Infrared (IR) medium has the features of low cost and low power consumption. IEEE 802.11 Infrared W-LAN and Infrared Data Association (IrDA) Advanced Infrared Medium Access Control (AIr MAC) layer protocols are presented; Two performance evaluation models are studied and simulation verification of the results is provided by using the OPNET Modeler package; A performance comparison is made between the IEEE 802.11 Infrared WLAN and the IrDA Advanced Infrared MAC protocols by analyzing the MAC protocols, the throughput performance evaluation model and the simulation results.

Abstract:In IR tracking system, image preprocessing must run at a special high-speed. The article present a median filter designed with Filed Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA). Firstly, The article discusses FPGA's characteristics and advantage over DSP or discrete components. Secondly, the structure of XC2V1000, which is a kind of Xilinx's FPGA, is given. Lastly, the theoretical analysis of the median filter and the recourse used in FPGA are presented. The results prove that the design of the median filter is successful. And a significant result of running speed is achieved.

Abstract:In the Infrared Image System, target segment is a leading key technique. In this paper, a dividing sub-image dynamic threshold is proposed. At the same time, an effective pipeline method for achieving this algorithm on the hardware platform is described in order to implement synchronous image data input and output.
