Abstract:
According to the application features of miniature infrared detector assembly integrated technology, the current status of miniature infrared detector assembly integrated technologies at home and abroad is presented. Several key technologies in infrared detector assembly integration are discussed. The research and development of these technologies are of great importance to the promotion of the application of miniature infrared detector assemblies.
