    Abstract:

    As a new analysis technique,the Near-infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)has found wider and wider applications.The basic principle and detection process of NIRS and the latest research progress of the application of domestic NIRS in quality analysis of milk and its diary products are presented.The problems in current research is analyzed,the future research is forecasted and some suggestions are put forward.
